We are a small UK Ltd company, and have been working with Marosa for about a year and a half now, to facilitate and automate our EU OSS VAT compliance needs. We found their tech stack to be well thought out and easy to work with. Any queries we had and user mistakes we initially made were addressed promptly and courteously by their tax agents, who were always very knowledgeable and responsive. All in all a competitively priced, efficient and very useful service.

We ve been filing in 5 countries for 2 years now and everything was transparent on their platform and the big plus i found was that there is a contact by phone option if you think there are important question or things you do not understand . This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I paid for one year in advance, never used the service, and chose not to continue into the second year. Since then, the company has done everything possible to extract more money — falsely claiming I hadn’t paid, insisting there was a three-year contract, and even attempting to involve local debt collectors.
