I got receipt but have not received yet…
Update: It arrived like the very next business day. It was better than expected. We got married in San Francisco so did the constellation map from SF that day for an anniversary gift. 5 stars because the map was so nice. Some kind of shipping notice email would have been nice.
I got receipt but have not received yet (wasn't expecting it yet) but don't know if it has shipped or what. This survey is the first I've heard since my receipt on July 25.

Tariffs
First off, I ordered four of the same print to be delivers to three different locations for my family. The actual print was nice, and came out as designed. No complaints there.
Caution when shipping to the USA, you will get billed for tariffs. I’m aware that it’s not the responsibility of Mapiful but the value of the print that was reported to the shipper and subsequently how I was charged a tariff was vastly overinflated by hundreds more. 15 times more expensive to be more specific. I understand passing along the cost of the tariffs but this seems deceptive

I love the print
I love the print. It is so special to me. My boyfriend loved the uniqueness of this gift. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is due to the frame. The glass was plastic, which doesn't seem quality to me. Also the plastic was scratched even through the film you pull off. Highly suggest getting a custom print, but also highly recommend getting a frame elsewhere.

Horrible customer service experience
Horrible customer service experience. They sent the wrong map to us which we flagged. Took a week to respond and then told me they wouldn't replace it and that I had to order another one even though they had the wrong city with the wrong label. Avoid this company, very similar options who value customers and don't try to take your money twice for their errors

We have not sent you the wrong poster, we have sent you the design that we have received when you placed the order. As the coordinations was incorrect we refunded you for the poster without question you and the reason why you have to place a new order with a poster is because its not possible for me to design it for you, and we dont have the correct file. So you had your refund but I am sorry that you still feel disappointed. And regarding our respond, we did get back to you within our responding timeline, it did not take a week! Update: I received a refund from Mapiful & a coupon to place a new order. I am trying again & hope things go better this time.

of today, it still hasn’t been sent to production & no date for shipment has been provided. This has been a terrible experience so far 😔
