Good Painting, Bad Follow-Up
We hired Christensen to paint our new apartment in Frederiksberg, which had not been painted for a couple of decades. Tommy and the others did a fantastic job, including Tommy returning for a few hours to complete some touch-ups. He even left behind some paint for us and gave us useful instructions on how to paint a wall in our daughter's room a different colour. Stefan was great at communication throughout and the price was fair -- less than a few quotes we received. We couldn't be happier overall.
UPDATE 10.6.25. As part of the job, the company painted a wooden window in one of our bathrooms. The paint almost immediately began to flake because of the moisture from the shower. It's obvious that the painter did not use a water-resistant paint -- which we would have been happy to pay extra for. I wrote to the company asking them how much it would cost to paint the window properly (not even asking them to fix it for free, which I think would have been reasonable). Unfortunately, they didn't bother to respond, so I have edited my review.
