- pretty sure it’s drop shipped from somewhere. If it’s not, they take a week to dispatch.
Pretty disappointing. Have a brand new iPhone that I’d like to protect, but case has not appeared. Specifically ordered as it was promised 1-2 working days delivery.
Will 100% not use again or recommend to anyone.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by MyTrendyPhone. In January 2025, I purchased an ESR HaloLock CryoBoost MagSafe.
However, after a few months, the ESR HaloLock CryoBoost MagSafe stopped working.
In June 2025, I contacted customer service via the contact form. I never received a response.
I made a second attempt in August, unfortunately with the same result.
Then, in December, I made another attempt and this time called customer service.They told me that I had to fill in a form on the website to obtain an RMA number. I
tried to do this using three different browsers, but each time I got an error message. I called customer service again, where I was told that this was a known problem and that I should send the package without an RMA number and write the order number on the package. That way, I could send it. I had to pay the shipping costs myself.
The charging unit no longer works, and when dismantling the unit, one of the tightening nuts pins also broke off. In addition to the unit not working, the build quality is also poor.
After waiting for almost three weeks, I received an email saying that they could not help me any further because the broken tightening nut pin might possibly be the reason why the unit no longer charges. However, they did not test this, but presented it to me as an assumption. In reality, the pin broke off later because she wanted me to send the unit to them and I had to dismantle it.
Case closed.
What a wonderful service!

Bad quality - tempered glass
Got the tempered glass for my OnePlus phone.
Sadly after the application a couple of bubbles appeared, they can be smoothed out but appear again on that same side and are quite big.
Since for a return of money I should send the product back ( in a state it was received, not possible for this product) I'm just ordering a new one some other place.
Sad and disappointing.
