Always you get errors, never worked smoothly .... NEVER!!

The code on the card has been used but i got nothing in exchange, they only offer bullshit on the side, the 15€ that were loaded knto the card were unsused and they don't answer back their emails.
They answered three days later stating that they retained the transaction for security reasons. Until now they just kept the money.
Update: I wrote to the email stated on the comment sharing my purchase details, 5 days later, still no answer, no code and no refund.
Update II: after 6 days from claim date, three different email addresses used for code redemption and many emails I was able to redeem the code. Nevertheless I had a lot of back and forth for a code that was given as gift.

So unfortunately, the Wunschgutschein system is more complicated than I cared for. I'd have hoped for a pretty straight forward way to claim the Gutschein. But essentially from ordering them online, you have to wait until they arrive. Only to then have to submit for a Gutschein for your designated shop you want to shop at, for which you then have to wait again (up to 24 hours). Which in my case seemed to have unactivated or invalid codes. Luckily Celine from Wunschgutschein did an amazing job activating them, and by the time she sent me the message to check the links; everything was working as expected. (Which took about an hour or two after I had sent my online form out)
2/5 experience for Wunschgutschein, but 5/5 helpdesk experience by Celine.

So I set my rating to 4/5 as my interaction with Celine was minimally optimised. I drafted my request for aid and rather than having to deal with any more frustration. She went with the information I had provided and essentially checked in with me when it was fixed, and not before that. Which was a refreshing effective experience.

Do not buy from this company! They will send you a Wunschgutschein that can only be redeemed on the Austrian portal.
​The partner shops linked to it are strictly for Austria, not Germany. If you live in Germany, the code is completely useless and shows up as "ungültig" (invalid). To make matters worse, customer service won't help you take it back or convert it—especially if you received it as a gift and were not the original buyer. Save your money and avoid the hassle!

I had problems with using 3 Wunschgutschein I got 2 years ago. I sent a message to customer support and was answered within the same day by Daniel Koskinen and the problem was solved and I could use all 3 Gutschein without any problem. Thank you very much.

In less then 10mins from sending my request I received a resolution from Ms. Schnee, A+++

The issue was addressed and solved quickly and I have been able to redeem one of my vouchers.
1 star less only because there is a call function available but the calling takes you in a long-winded circle back to the online form when I just wanted to speak to someone.

Honestly, this is probably the worst voucher I’ve ever used. I used to buy these vouchers to give to friends, but after receiving one myself and experiencing the redemption process, I’ll definitely never buy one again.

The redemption process is unnecessarily complicated, and on top of that, you’re required to provide a lot of personal details just to use a voucher. The whole experience is frustrating and far more complicated than it needs to be.

Thanks to the friend who gave me this voucher — at least now I know that my other friends won’t have to go through the same experience, because I’ll simply buy the voucher directly from the store instead.

Definitely not recommended.
