They were here in just a few days. The wigs are beautiful very high quality. A little pricey but worth the money. Unfortunately I’m going to have to return them they were a little too big. So hopefully the return process goes smoothly.

Always one of the fastest turn around time for any online retailer. Selection can be limited but pricing is great. I have alopecia so wig wearing is more of a necessity than cute or fun for me. The cost for wigs can be absolutely crippling - to my wallet as well as my self-esteem/mental health. I am infinitely grateful to WO as a resource for dealing with total loss alopecia. It’s not perfect - nothing is - but it has been a lifesaver for me navigating this crappy condition.

I thought I bought the wig on sale but…
I thought I bought the wig on sale but in the am of the next day, I saw an email saying I left it in the cart. The price had gone up overnight. When I explained what happened( I had done everything but push final button for the sale to go thru), she very graciously agreed to give me the sale price. That is very good customer service!
