Before I purchased Witamats Modern Line Galaxy, I got some cheap knockoffs from Amazon and within a few months, the edges started fraying. The liners were thin and the velcro strips wouldn't keep them stuck vertical against the center console kick panel. All of it just flopped around and continuously popped out from under the trim. However, Witamats are more than worth the extra cash! They are well made with solid and attractive materials, they stick to the kick panel without velcro strips, the edges stay tucked under the trim, and the custom stitched lettering and ovel boarder(my company logo) all looks amazing!

This is the best mat I’ve seen on the market. High quality material and near perfect fit to our Tesla model Y. The one month wait is worth it, especially it was custom design.

My previous customer experience was also topnotch. The response rate and follow up was quick. In fact I’m ready to purchase another set for my other car.

Takes about 3 weeks, but they are very communicative over email. Very happy with my witamat.

I was super excited when I installed them with how amazing they look. Not only do they look amazing but they were so easy to install. I am absolutely in love with the material, durability, and the new look in my car. I feel like My Baby💕 got a makeover! If I had to rate them, I would give them a 10 all the way! So glad I trusted Witamats!

Shipping time is very reasonable due to the custom fit. The black diamond with red stitching accentuates the interior and voices the look of a high end accessory. The factory floor mats were so plain, and the fit and color match is exceptional.

Ordered the floor mats for my BMW X3 and loved the design and quality of them. I like likes them so much I went ahead and ordered the matching seat covers and trunk mat.

Ordered on August 2, 2026 (order #120170) and immediately sent the requested image of the Genesis GV80.
Nearly four weeks later with zero shipping updates, I messaged them on August 30 asking for status. Their reply claimed they tried to contact me on August 4. That never happened. I track every company email — the only two messages from Witamatts are the order confirmation on August 2 and the “problem with order” email on August 30.
They never replied in the same thread where I sent the image, and they made zero follow-up attempts. Every phone number listed for the company is dead. This does not appear to be a real U.S. company.
They haven’t even started the order, so a refund should be instant. I’m demanding a full refund immediately and will update this review based on whether they actually return my money or keep stalling.

They did finally issue a refund and were slow to do so. So for that I update this to a two star review

Bought a pair of front floor mats for my 2022 Lexus RC350 FSport, fit perfectly and are easy to keep clean.

The trunk mat fit without a problem. The rear seat mat goes under the bench seat and obstructs the mechanism to lock the seat it. Both driver side front and passenger side front mats do not fit well at all. When exploring return policy it was obvious to me that they wanted to make it difficult. I would not recommend these mats be purchased for a Ford Fiesta.

The product is of high quality and looks great but what really made my experience awesome was 1- working on the perfect custom logo . They helped design it and let me see a few different color schemes so i could make the best choices, and 2-when I finally received my car mats the clutch would not engage because the mat was in the way. Wita mats asked me for some specific information and made a mat that worked perfectly and sent it out super fast at no extra cost. They are very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to do business with !!!! Look no further for the best car mat company in the industry. The entire process was easy and painless even when I hit a hurdle, they made it right !!!

These carpets look great in my 2005 Vette. Easy to install. The trunk carpet is a nice touch and a must have. I get lots of complements

I ordered several sets of mats for my Tesla Model 3, including some of the most popular brands. They were good but not in the same league as Witamats. Witamats are high quality mats that fit great and protect almost all of your carpet, including the door sills that most mats do not protect. I love the optional Tesla logo in the foot wells too! I highly recommend Witamats!

Love the mats and they are great quality. Took about a month to get the them, but it was worth the wait. They fit perfectly in my 23 Tesla model Y and weren't too hard to install. Took me about 30 minutes. I was missing the 3 cargo area seat back covers, but maybe they weren't included with the cargo area liner? I've emailed them and am waiting to hear if they come separately, are not included and have to be ordered separate, or if the photo I saw with them was an after market cover from another company.

These mats are beautiful in my truck! I love the coverage and the looks of it!

Love them! I purchased the Black modern line mats with the galaxy top layer for my 2026 Ford Explorer and I love them! I get so many compliments. They fit perfectly, lay down good and flat and cover all of the floors and walls so they are protecting everything. They have a nice buttery soft feel which is a welcome change as my last mats were a hard plastic and not very comfy. They also clean up really easily so far, I’ve been able to just use a cleaning wipe to wipe away any dirt. I definitely recommend. It’s also worth noting that they have great customer service. I had some questions regarding shipping and also placing another order and they were very helpful and responded quickly every time.
