I like the feedback and the advice from Whoop. Sometimes I find that the information is not compatible with my reality. I am not blaming the app, as it could be somewhat my fault. Overall, I am two months into my experience and it seems to be adapting to me. Overall, it is certainly worthwhile.

Overall I like the concept but the device is big on the wrest, especially if you already wear a watch (apple watch). I started with the trial and converted into an annual subscription but was never contacted to swap the device for a new one (trial devices are recycled ones) the IA is not always consistent depending throughout the different sections: sleep, recovery, strain. Info I give on one end is not integrated on the other end.

I love the date and how it helps me track my health and improve my fitness, it's currently the best product on the market.

However:
1) I hate the connection problems, for 1 year I had to manually update whoop and wait 5-10 minutes while the app was open to have an update.
2) Customer support is AI, couldn't help me fix my problems at all, especially with connection issues.
3) Bands are really shit quality, lasts for 3-4 months, then you have to buy a new one for 50-60 bucks otherwise it doesn't stay together, which is crazy if you think about it.

Expedited Meridian band shipping fail

Love my Whoop, not happy with the Whoop band store. For a few days I pondered and then finally caved in and ordered a ridiculously expensive new MG Meridian metal mesh band for $149 because it matches my $35 milanese apple watch band from amazon. (Note Whoop metal mesh bands sell on Amazon for around $30 but these don't work with the MG's ECG sensor).

I paid $17 for the expedited shipping because I needed it before an extended business trip four days later.

It took two business days to leave the Whoop warehouse and then 5 days in transit shipping so 7 days - not exactly expedited shipping - looks a lot like standard shipping right?

Mistakes happen in distribution centers, so I requested a refund of the expedited shipping cost and was denied. In the modern age that $17 should have bought same day order picking (it was ordered 9am MT) and 2 day shipping. There was plenty of profit in this order to even overnight the product to me if order picking failed.

I expect more from Whoop because the device-side delivers exceptional experiences. If they refund the $17 and explain the reps behavior - I will happily modify this review. Order#B72117928

Genuinely changed how I train

Genuinely changed how I train
I've been wearing my Whoop for about six months now and it's the first tracker I haven't taken off after two weeks. The recovery score is the part that actually matters to me. On days when it tells me I'm at 30% I've learned to back off, and on green days I push harder. My training is more consistent because of it.
Sleep tracking is accurate and the breakdown is detailed without being overwhelming. Battery life is great, and being able to charge it on the wrist means it never comes off. No screen sounds like a downside but it's the opposite for me: no notifications, no distractions, just data when I want to look at it.
The subscription model isn't for everyone, but the hardware upgrades and continuous app improvements have made it worth it for me. Support responded within a day when I had a question about my strap. Highly recommended if you're serious about recovery.

1,204 days of data

I've worn WHOOP for 1,204 days, and it's given me real insight into my health and performance. With a background in business intelligence, how data is visualized matters a lot to me — that's actually the main reason I chose WHOOP over an Apple Watch.

I recently moved from the WHOOP 4.0 (with 8 bands and a Pro account) to the 5.0 with the heart rate monitor. My one disappointment: my old bands don't fit the new device. It seems like an easy fix — WHOOP could sell a simple adapter that slides onto the old band and connects to the new device's input.

Part of me also wishes it had a tiny screen — not for notifications, maps, or messaging, but just to glance at the time, sleep stages, or heart rate during a workout.

Yes, it's gotten more expensive, but I was glad the upgrade to 5.0 didn't cost me anything out of pocket. So far, I'm enjoying the 5.0, and I'll stick with WHOOP for at least another year — as long as the data and accuracy hold up.

I am NOW so aware of and accountable for my daily routines all because of whoop. I thought i had an understanding of what I was doing in the gym but whoop has increased my knowledge and made me realise my
mistakes , i wish i had this earlier in life .

Whoop works nicely

Whoop, together with my Apple Watch, provides enough information and advice to help me improve my health, at least when it comes to working out.

Using whoop for over 2 Years now

Using whoop for over 2 Years now and i am so happy with it can’t think of a life without it. It gives me so much insight in the things i do day to day add up for me in the future.

It helped me to understand the impact…

It helped me to understand the impact of my habits and make more healthier decisions on diet, sleep patterns and exercise. It gives me the assurance that, in case some health emergency occurs, I will have enough data to receive better care. We have a family plan, my wife and two sons also whoopers (and the new generations are fierce on data!)
