Very cheap quality. Not what I expected. Had a pair rip in the @ss just a week of wearing. Reached out to customer service. No response. Probably won't order from this site again.

The size was not the size they say they are. A 2xl is more like a large I tried returning the package but they want me to pay for international shipping to return it which is more that what’s I paid for the product.. I may or may not have gotten my money back for the item but would have still lost over a hundred just to send it back. Not worth it.

My matter is still unresolved, they have taken my money and not delivered.
Then, they ignor your emails after they've taken your money.
Scammers!

Ordered a sports bag for our grandson in USA. Immediately realised they would be on vacation and tried to get a redirection address. Several emails to customer service over next two weeks. Complete silence. The bag was delivered to an empty home and thankfully picked up by a neighbour for safe keeping. Numerous emails to get more info re delivery. Must have sent 10+ emails to customer service. No one replies. Will never use this company again.

Jeans never came reached out to merchant several times and never got a reply response nothing lost my money time and effort will never order from them again save yourself I would advise yall not to purchase from them either

I ordered a leather jacket 2 months ago and never received it? I emailed the company 5 or 6 times asking for the tracking number and statues of the order? On the last email i threatened them with my lawyer and taking them to court in which I already spoke to my lawyer about everything and he was ready to summon them with court paperwork. Then next day I received a reimbursement in my bank from them for the whole amount for the leather cost I ordered and never got. My advice,.stay away from the fake store front company.

I like the clothes you sell but when I placed my order, the jeans looked totally different when I received them but the shorts were great

Total scam. I ordered a leather briefcase. They sent me one stamped with a random logo of some other brand. The handle of the bag broke within 10 days. I emailed them multiple times for a refund and they never replied.

I reached out multiple times about receiving the wrong size pants and received no response

WARNING. This online store is a scam. They will not exchange, they will not take returns and worst of all, if they are out of an item that you ordered, they will just send you the closest thing to it. THIS STORE IS A SCAM…..

The jeans were nothing like how they were advertised online. When I tried to get a refund and reached out nobody sent me a postage stamp to mail them back. I’m very unhappy with your service.

I purchased a fur coat on their website for almost $200, and only ran into problems from there.
First of all, packaged arrived much later then originally promised, once the package arrived I realized that the quality was actual garbage, The material was very low quality and the fur on the hood was just a 1-in strip attached with snaps and looked terrible.

When I wanted to return the coat, they said I can only return it to China and I will have to pay for the return, which costs a lot more than the code itself.

Buyer beware, jacket sizes do not align with US sizes. XL is a medium. I went to website to cancel prior to shipping because of time of delivery didn't match my needs. They never responded to my request and shipped anyway. 30 days later I received it 2 sizes too small. Requested to returnand shipping costs same price as the jacket. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!
