Excellent service and reasonable prices. It was quick and easy to make the booking and an engineer arrived just a couple of days later. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent carpenter
Thank you to Alex P who did a fantastic job today when he came to repair a door which wouldn't fully close. He quickly located the problem and skilfully carried out the repair so that the door is now working correctly.
Very knowledgeable & friendly and was happy to answer any questions and explain what needed to be done.
WeFix is easy to deal with and to contact so an excellent all round service.

People who know what they are doing!
I only called for an appointment yesterday and an electrician was with me this afternoon - I had a call half an hour before to let me know they were on the way.
Chris Jheeta was extremely polite and professional, he found out what the problems were straight away and even suggested an alternative to a very old light fitting I had. He fixed everything including a faulty switch efficiently and quickly.
What a breathe of fresh air this company is! Wonderful service and people who know what they are doing. I wouldn’t use anyone else now - I highly recommend them,

What a great experience using this company!
What a great experience using this company. We had a horrible toilet blockage with water coming through our ceiling. Sunday evening they came out and Connor sorted it within an hour. So professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is the second time I have used Wefix London now and both times I have had excellent service. JP changed my water pump in my airing cupboard along with the pipework as I have a gravity fed system and no pressure for the shower. The previous pipework was unsightly in front of the hot water cylinder now with the new pump it is on the left which is more sensible and gives more room.

Successful AC install at short notice
Installation of AC units at short notice was successful. It was very expensive but it’s only been on for 30 minutes and I’ve already come to the conclusion that it was worth it. Lee the engineer was great, very friendly and helpful. There were certainly multiple challenges such as difficulty obtaining stock, a cancellation, short notice to rebook and wrong items being shipped, but all of those things were outside of Lee’s control. What matters is we got there in the end and I’m happy with the end result. I shall rest easy now knowing that I won’t be waking up in a pool of sweat 😆. The black Fujitsu units look lovely. I only wish I had been around day 1 to state my preferred position on the wall, but that’s a lesson for next time. Overall I’m quite pleased.
