I’m extremely disappointed with these…
I’m extremely disappointed with these scrubs, especially because I actually really like FIGS. I love the style, the fit, and how comfortable they are. I have purchased seven pairs of FIGS scrub two black, three navy blue, , and two green, so I have invested quite a bit of money in this brand.
Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with the fabric. There is a strange metallic, dirty/musty odor that seems to come from the fabric itself. I can actually smell it while I’m wearing the scrubs, even when I’m simply standing or walking around at work. The smell is so noticeable and unpleasant that I honestly don’t even want to imagine what the people around me can smell.
I wash my scrubs carefully with detergent and have washed them repeatedly, but the smell persists.
This is extremely frustrating because, again, I genuinely like these scrubs. They are comfortable, stylish, and fit well. But the odor is becoming unbearable and makes me uncomfortable wearing something that is supposed to feel clean and professional.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on FIGS, and I really hope the company takes this issue seriously. Customers should not have to deal with a persistent odor in expensive scrubs. I would really appreciate FIGS addressing this problem and considering replacements, a refund, or another solution for customers experiencing this issue.
I really want to continue buying FIGS, but the odor needs to be addressed.

Terrible customer service experience
Terrible customer service experience. Contacted them to change en embroidery within 1 minute after I placed the order. They replied they can't change but I should cancel the order then. I replied yes to proceed but then they did not act on it and contacted me again only after the order was shipped with the mistake on it to day "sorry too late" you could have cancelled on your own but it is too late now. Really bad and disappointing experience for such a big company.

I looked into your order, and good news: your New Balances were delivered on September 1st. Tracking can go quiet for a stretch while a package moves between facilities or clears customs, which is completely normal for international orders and usually resolves once it lands in-country. I know that doesn't make the wait feel any shorter in the moment, though.
