La genèse ?
Aucune de nous deux ne se reconnaissait dans l’univers de la lingerie. Les culottes à 55 euros pièce, l’hypersexualisation des femmes, le 40 qui est en fait un petit 38… On décide de créer la marque qu’on aurait aimé trouver des années plus tôt.

De culottes en shorty, de brassières en collants, We Are Jolies entend bien se faire une place dans votre vestiaire, en y glissant ses essentiels éco-friendly.

Beautiful

Super fast delivery. Items are exceptional quality. I ordered regular knickers and period knickers. The patterns are beautiful and I love the fact the more you buy the more you save. Arrived from France to the UK just a few days after ordering. Sizing is spot on (go with measurements if in UK they have them in CMs,) Wonderful quality cotton basics that are anything but basic. Lovely full briefs and frilly undies. (Just make sure you spend under £135 so not to incur fees). I highly recommend We are Jolie's and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

The order was sent incomplete and no compensation was provided

The order was sent incomplete, 4 articles were missing on a total of 14. The client did not recognize the fact and accuses me of doing a false declaration and threaten me of a sanction of 15000 euro if I would persist in my complain!

Afin de clarifier, nous ne vous avons à aucun moment accusé de faire une fausse déclaration. Après vérification, nous vous avons simplement confirmé que la commande avait été expédiée complète depuis notre entrepôt. Il est donc malheureusement possible que certains articles aient été perdus ou volés durant le transport, et nous en sommes navrés.

Dans ce type de situation, nous demandons systématiquement à nos clientes de remplir une attestation sur l’honneur. Il s’agit d’une procédure standard que nous appliquons à tous les dossiers similaires, afin de pouvoir ouvrir une enquête auprès du transporteur.

Nous souhaitons également préciser que la mention des 15 000 € ne constitue en aucun cas une menace liée à votre réclamation. Il s’agit d’une mention légale figurant sur ce type de document juridique, applicable uniquement dans le cas où une déclaration sur l’honneur serait volontairement erronée.

Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition pour vous accompagner dans les démarches et trouver une solution.

Beautiful committed French brand !

French company who works in a sustainable and responsible way : production method, material, rights, works with associations (against breast cancer). Colorful and well-cut pieces, wide variety of models and sizes.

Great Quality, Great Service & Cute Designs

I recently bought seven pairs of underwear from We Are Joli and I'm happy with my experience! Besides being super cute, colorful and designed with women in mind, the service was just incredible.

So I had a small issue with broken threads and contacted their customer service about it. They instantly replied and were really polite and apologetic. They gave me a code to reorder a new pair right away without any hassle. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled everything — it made me feel really valued as a customer!

I’ve already ordered my replacement (plus another extra one) and they arrived yesterday. I’m super excited to wear the new pairs with their fun designs and high cotton quality. Also it just feels good to know that if something ever goes wrong, they have your back and make sure you have a great experience.

I can absolutely recommend buying from We Are Joli and will definitely be ordering again!

My favorite brand

Overall: great brand with great products.
I've loved this brand for years and now I almost excusively buy my lingerie and homewear on their website.
The one point they need to improve on is sizes : size sometimes vary from a type of item to another and it can be hard to determine which you'll be comfortable of (outside of panties and bras, which are pretty steady and always comfy).
Besides that, great quality, great confort, I have tried almost all there product and I recommend each of them.

I love their pyjamas

I love their pyjamas. The shorts are very comfortable. I was worried about the length of the tops but in the end am happy with them. You have to be careful not to put the fabrics in the dryer because the material can lose colour. Otherwise very happy. I bought some for my mim and friend and they love them too.

Poor fabric

Not clear about the return police. Cost that are being taken back, poor fabric on the swimming suits. Hoped a lot more...
