It was an okay experience. When I first went in around 8:30 to make sure everything was good to go for our leadership teams 9am meeting, there wasn't anyone to speak to. I chatted with the security guard and the property manager who showed me the correct way to the suite and we waited for the front desk person to come by. When she did appear she was upset with me because one of my colleagues had walked inside of the suite before the 9am start time. I let her know we would pay the charge. I requested AV set up and she said she couldnt find the necessary information to charge me for it at the moment and would charge me after the fact. I have not received any other charges from this, no invoices or records. We require records to be able to justify the expenses within our company. Overall I did not much enjoy this experience.

I enjoyed my visit to this office. Great space, the staff were very helpful. Really allowed me to get some great work done.

Wezoo makes booking meeting rooms incredibly straightforward. The website is easy to navigate, and the booking process is quick and hassle-free. The customer service is excellent too—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. It's a reliable platform that has made organising meetings much easier, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I booked a workspace at Via Monte S. Primo 1, Monza, on June 16 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
I arrived at the location at approximately 12:25 PM and repeatedly rang the bell at the outside entrance gate, but nobody answered or opened the gate to let me in. Eventually, after a few minutes, two customers leaving the facility kindly let me enter (luckily for me).
Once inside the building, I noticed a sign at the reception stating that the reception desk was unattended from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. However, no phone number or contact person was provided in case of issues and, even more importantly, no information whatsoever was posted on the outside entrance gate explaining how customers could access the facility during that time. Needless to say, I received no warning or notification about this potential issue at any stage of the booking process.
As a result, had no one happened to leave the building, I would not have been able to access the workspace I had booked.
Once inside, the room was clearly signposted and very easy to find. The facility itself was clean and quiet, at least during my booking period, when many workspaces appeared to be unoccupied.
Regarding the services included with the booking, I would also like to point out that I was unable to access the Wi‑Fi, despite it being included in the package. As mentioned above, there was no staff member available on-site to provide assistance, nor was there any contact information available to request support. As a result, I had to rely on my mobile phone's hotspot connection in order to work.
While I appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, the lack of access support and the inability to use the advertised Wi‑Fi service significantly affected my overall experience and have unfortunately resulted in a negative rating.

first class reception and facility / equipment easy to use

Booked and paid for refreshments and they were not provided by the venue. However on reporting the issue the next day I did receive a refund but this was not ideal for a 2 hr meeting and interview as a first impression.

Super easy booking experience and a wide choice of meeting rooms at good prices. Will definitely use again when booking meeting spaces in London (which I do a lot).

Booked a podcast room at Wezoo London last week and had an amazing experience. The room looks cool and has everything you need — mics, computer, sound system, even a heater and fan. Easy booking process, reasonable price, convenient location, great service overall. Would definitely recommend!
