I ordered my treadmill in early August 2026. A few days later I received an email that there was a snafu in the logistics chain and my machine would be delayed. The support was seamless and the representative from Kingsmith guided and reassured me through the entire process with updates, support, and kindness. The team did everything in their power to keep me satisfied throughout the delivery period. Once the treadmill arrived they continued to send follow-up emails and check in on my enjoyment of the product.

The treadmill (G5i) is incredible by the way. I live in a condo and have space and noise constraints, but this fits my space very well. It’s durable and puts me through my paces. I highly recommend for others who can’t get a traditional incline treadmill in their home. It is very easy to fold/unfold if a little heavy. The device is larger than most of their other walking pads and treadmills, so it doesn’t maneuver as lightly and I have to turn it sideways to get it through doorways. Casters would help with that for less capable hands. Still it’s a joy to use and I wouldn’t want anything else.

I purchased a water rowing machine after my delight with the treadmill and it works great as well. It is even more compact and stores quickly. It gets my heart beating faster after a few minutes and it’s not even fully filled! Alongside my bike I have a full cardio station. I am looking to add more strength equipment, and will need something compact and quiet. I’d happily buy more products from Kingsmith if they have that on offer.

I'm happy with the C2 Foldable Walking Pad. It suits my purpose of wanting to walk inside. The walking belt was easily adjusted and works okay now. The support team was helpful with a quick response to my email.

Daniel was very quick to respond to my inquiry about the G1 treadmill I purchased a couple weeks ago. I enjoyed the walkingpad I had but it couldn’t handle the walk time I needed on a daily basis. The G1 I perfect for my 20,000 steps daily!!

I ordered the WalkingPad expecting a solid fitness gadget, but I was left disappointed. The product arrived quickly, but the quality was poor-wobbly frame, weak motor, and a flimsy belt. It barely lasted a week before breaking down. The website’s description was misleading, promising durability and comfort, but reality was far from it. I regret buying it and won’t be returning. The customer service was unhelpful, and the refund process was a nightmare. I’d rather invest in a proper treadmill than waste money on this flop.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but King Smith’s customer service is genuinely exceptional. I have contacted them several times, and every single interaction has been a pleasure. The team is polite, incredibly fast to respond, and always finds clear, reassuring solutions. You can really feel their dedication and kindness even through emails. Great products backed by an amazing team. I highly recommend them!

Awesome product!!

I actually have a fully functional garage gym with a Nordictrack treadmill and a stairmaster, but the G5i is in a category of its own! I wanted something for my office on those busy days that I couldn’t step away from the computer for a walk (remote employee). This thing is awesome! I’ve now upped my steps to 20k a day because of it.

Andy helped get the motor replaced for our X25 Walking Pad. They were very responsive and solved my problem.

I have zero complaints about my experience with WalkingPad / Kingsmith - in fact, it was a glowingly positive experience once I found the treadmill that fit my interests / use (G5i). The machine is absolutely incredible. It checks all of the boxes for me - incline capability (18%), 10mph top speed, foldable, wheels for moving it around, and an incredibly sharp design... Customer support was amazing as well. The only thing to prove now is the test of time!

Arrived in perfect shape - the packaging was exceptional. No assembly, just read a few instructions and unfold it. The operation is outstanding and every bit as good as recounted by others. This machine is the real deal, not a lightweight in construction or features.

I recently ordered the WalkingPad R3H+ to use at home in my home office and while I'm relaxing in front of the TV.
The order process was easy and I received my WalkingPad in a couple of days.
I really enjoy using the R3H+ while I work and during my down time. I would definitely recommend WalkingPad to my friends and family if they are looking for a flexible treadmill to use at home for work, relaxation and for daily exercise.

The customer service provided by Daniel was excellent and fast. I bought a foldable Walking Pad treadmill in December 2025. After about 5-6 months of use a couple times a week, it started making a grinding noise. I contacted WalkingPad's customer service through their online form (with video submission of the unit's issue) and Daniel replied within 2 days with a possible solution of front roller issue, offering to send me the replacement part if I felt comfortable doing the part switch myself; they provided a YouTube video showing how to open the unit and replace the part. I received the part within 1.5 weeks. The replacement didn't fix the issue and I contacted customer service again. Daniel quickly responded in less than 2 days and offered to send me a replacement motor, again sending me a how-to video to confirm it was something I could do myself. I received the replacement motor in about 1 week, and that fixed the issue. I was able to walk a full 1 hour without any reoccurrence of the grinding noise.

Had a great experience with customer service, specifically Daniel. They sent me a replacement part, I made the quick repair, and I was back up and running in just a couple days.

Excellent service. Great quality walking pad would highly recommend.
