This is the only place in Chester I would use for a watch repair.
The staff are always courteous
and professional.

I went in to get two watches altered and and they did this without an issue. Best bit was I only paid for one and they showed me how to alter the other. great service can not complain. Very professional and helpful lads. Worth the £10 spent.

Been using Timepiece for a number of years , previously left a 5 star+, review couple of years ago on their web site after previous dissatisfaction with other multi national watch shops, I wanted a local repairer with local accountable staff to deal with

Just had new replacement glass in my 42 yr old gold extremely sentimental (priceless to me) watch , can’t fault their service it’s even improved on my previous 110% satisfaction at using TImepiece Chester shop, the Glass was replaced to my entire satisfaction at a reasonable price and with impeccable service with text notification when my watch was ready for collection
So my motto now is
Always shop local with local people for 100% service

I’ve used timepiece for the last five years to replace the battery in my tag watch. I live 50 miles away from the store & make the journey as I know that I will receive great service & my watch is in safe hands.

The chaps who work here are really friendly and approachable.

The were very clear & explained what they could do & potential time frames the work would take. I felt the price fairly reflected the work undertaken.

I’m really grateful for the care & attention that was taken with a watch that had great sentimental value to me.

Expert advice, carried out promptly and efficiently. Prices discussed up front and whilst slightly higher than other less experienced establishments, well worth the extra for the confidence that your treasured timepiece is in the hands of people who care. I will be back.

Outstanding customer service — the kind of experience that deserves recognition.

I popped into the Trafford Centre store to have the clasp on my watch adjusted, expecting it to be a very quick and straightforward job. What stood out was the level of care and professionalism from the gentleman who helped me.

He was incredibly helpful, patient and clearly took pride in getting everything exactly right. It was a small request, but he treated it as though it genuinely mattered, and I left feeling that I’d received far more than I’d expected.

In fact, the service was so good that I actually offered him a tip afterwards — but he politely refused to accept it. I think that says a lot.

I wanted to leave this review specifically because I think good customer service should be recognised, particularly in a retail environment where so much focus understandably goes towards targets and commercial performance. This was a great example of how an individual member of staff can create a genuinely positive impression of the entire brand without necessarily making a sale.

I hope senior management see this and make sure the colleague involved gets the recognition he deserves. He certainly earned my appreciation, even if he wouldn’t accept my tip!

I’ll definitely be returning to the store.

The service from start to finish was amazing. The prices given were very competitive, when I took them to the Trafford centre the service was smooth and efficient. I did assume they would look come to me and try and re negotiate but none of this happened which I was very happy about.

Really helpful full staff, they adjusted the stap on my watch free of charge.

A very straightforward transaction. Following the watch inspection, the original offer was honoured and payment was transferred on the same day. I would definitely use their service again.
