I had a very disappointing experience with this platform.

I applied for a few positions and was initially in contact with a recruiter. However, my applications were suddenly cancelled without clear explanation.

I was also informed that my profile would not be considered for any current or future opportunities, as it supposedly ‘does not fit’ without any detailed or constructive feedback. This was especially confusing, as I do have relevant experience in customer service.

What I found most concerning was being told that this decision ‘remains unchanged’, meaning I am effectively excluded from any future opportunities on the platform without being given a fair chance.

Despite being genuinely interested and committed, I was not given the opportunity to continue the process or be considered for other roles. Decisions seemed to be made internally without transparency or proper communication.

Overall, the process felt very unprofessional and frustrating. I would have expected more fairness, clarity, and respectful communication from a recruitment platform.

Untrusteful agency. At the time of application gives na option to straight booking an interview slot. After without any further notifications, one hour before the interview cancelling it without any ground explanation.
Misleading and discriminative.

I applied for a position, and was invited to book a initial call with a recruiter.

The recruiter called me on scheduled time.
He was very professional, and gave me the information I needed about the position, and answered my questions and informed me about the next steps in the recruitment process.
