A chat app for the communication with workawayers would be very handy

What makes my experiences with Workaway fantastic is, first of all, that there is always mutual help and support. On top of that, I get the opportunity to meet people from different cultures, exchange our backgrounds, and learn from one another. This cultural exchange is exactly what makes the whole journey unique.

It has been great time hosting volunteers. each volunteer comes with different background, culture, experience and network, all these have contributed to how I handle the diversity of culture at home, and use of the background at NGO work. through this mentioned background, I got to connect with the world opportunities for career development, funding and conferences.

I find workawaying a great way to really experience a different culture.

The Workaway community and concept make it possible to connect with real people, to find the right host according to personal interests, to visit other countries, and to feel like a local for a chosen period of time. I like to give some of my summer holiday to live these experiences, help out, and exchange with new people. I would say it's definitely worth trying!

Love it. Very easy to use.

- kids are learning English (and can really speak now) and even some other languages

Although there has been a couple of bad workaways overall the experience has been fantastic. We love meeting good people from all over the world and sharing our beautiful area and good moments with them.

I opened an account on Workaway and the following day I was already connected to a workawayer that successfully completed the task I asked for in just over a week.
The site is really efficient and the young people that enlist as workers are really interesting young people.

The bond that we had between the host and the workawayers that made every moment irreplaceable.
