For over a week
For over a week, customer service has been repeating that they will investigate the shipment (order over a week old, tracking tells me the shipment never left), but the fact remains that I haven't received the item and, even worse, their feedback is non-existent (automatic bot 100). I don't recommend this site to anyone.

Very fast and reliable
Very fast and reliable. My delivery even arrived a day early! My only criticism is that I was not able to make any adjustments to my order after it was confirmed. There was no way to change the size or delivery method or date after. So keep this in mind when hitting that “buy now” button ;)

Good product and good website.
Bit long the delivery time but definately was the Christmas time caos, other than that good updates on delivery position and time. At the end beautiful parka like the picture, same color and style. Will buy again.
