Great service from the start to the end, very friendly staff when we visited the showroom
Also when the sales person arrived on time to our house he measured the door and gave us all the relevant information we needed and answered all our questions. The door fitter arrived on time and he was very professional very good fitting.

Ruislip windows fitted all our windows and front door over 5 years ago. After 5 years we had a small issue with the lock on the front door and they were very fast to respond and fixed it quickly on site the same day they came to assess the problem. Very happy with the service. Windows and door still all working well and looking good. Would definitely recommend.

Had to get French doors replaced after a break in - asked Ruislip Windows & Doors for a quote after we were impressed with other works they had completed for us. Once again they didn’t disappoint - Tom ( their fitter) did a superb job. The new door match the old ones & look fantastic. The securely system is also a lot better. We really couldn’t have asked for better service & at such a good price. We will certainly be back when our next glazing job comes around.

Had a replacement for a large two panel sliding patio door booked with RWD. Pre ordering process went smoothly and lead time was excellent at least half of the other two quotes. Fitters arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleanly with very impressive expertise. On completion there was virtually no making good needed and no Mess. very, very impressed and would recommend highly. Finally the cost for a very good quality product was very very competitive.

We have two semi-detached houses, which are next to each other, so when we wanted to replace the windows in both houses, two things were really important to us. Firstly, value for money, in these tough times, and secondly, and equally importantly, quality of workman ship. We did a lot of research and decide to get 4 quotes as this was going to be a big spend. We chose two national companies and two local ones.

The experience with Ruislip Windows was truly legendary. We were delighted from the start when Mark came along to see the job and guide us. He gave us honest advice and came across as someone who wanted to do the best for us and not just sell us windows. When I compared him to other sales reps that came from the other 3 companies, he was miles ahead of them. This is why we decided to go with Ruislip. Lee then stepped forward to help me with the quote. Again, I can’t praise him enough. He was kind and courteous and very helpful. Once we agreed the final price, Liam came along to the detailed survey. In the background Lee and Joe were dealing with all my queries and they were both brilliant. Ruislip Windows also have an excellent team in the office, and I can’t praise both Christine and Charlotte enough.

The work started on Monday and Fernando and Cassio, the two fitters, were with us bright and early. They simply got on with the job. It has been a really hot week but they just cracked on. Every morning they would be here by 8 am. They kept us informed of what they were going to do that day and worked around us when we needed this. I have elderly parents who are now both in their 90s, and they made sure their needs were taken care. They took great care to put dust sheets down everywhere and after each window was fitted, they cleaned up after them and then cleaned the whole room they were working in. The final quality of the finish is excellent, and we are delighted with what Fernando and Cassio did for us. They treated our houses as their own and it was a pleasure to have them do the fitting for us.

I am afraid since Covid the standard of customer care has really gone down. The Ruislip Window's team are an exception to this. To deliver such a big project in two houses – total of 20 windows – needs a great team effort from everyone. The whole service from this company, from start to finish, has been excellent. They deserve to win the gold medal for what they did.

I have NO HESITATION in recommending Ruislip Windows to anyone who is looking for great value for money AND and an excellent service.

After having our garden & patio redone we had low expectations for the final bit of windows on the side but Ruislip windows definately under promised and over delivered. We are very happy with the results and their best effort is outstanding!

These guys have created the most beautiful double glazed windows based on an Edwardian single plane
stained glass design.
The original stained glass is from a beloved, family home that my wife and her siblings grew up in.
The new windows will, every day, remind her of that happy home.
Also Ross, was the installer, was a complete professional. He did the installation to the highest standard and left our house Immaculate.

Impressive choice and variety of windows and doors.
Because of the reliability and great service I have had a Porch and front door, the after a move to a new house, chose to go back to RWD for another couple of doors.
They were delivered and installed as promised, with no issue's.
Highly reccomended.

We had an aluminium door installed last month and the quality surpassed my expectation. It's a proper quality door. They answered all my questions pre order and alleviated all my concerns. To top this off they kindly agreed to come back and supply/fit a door restrictor free of charge. That's what I call after sales service!

Ruislip Windows replaced windows and doors at the front of the house.
We chose them after reading so many good reviews and we were not disappointed.
The price was very reasonable and everything was done to the estimated timeline.
Our fitters, Alex and Dave were great. They were very amusing, so if you happen to have them fitting your windows, you'll be very lucky.
Should we need to replace any more windows, we won't even look anywhere else.

Really impressed with the service. I thought I might need a new glass unit, but instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, Mark took the time to inspect the window properly and showed me a simple fix. Honest, friendly and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and this company and will definitely use them again if needed.
