What a pleasure to work with, the whole process from order to delivery has been seamless. I fully support using small businesses whenever possible and Rigu have been excellent.
The products themselves are a stroke of genius, well made and good value. These magnetic filter rings enable me to use all my threaded filters on any of my lenses.
I look forward to now using my filter set more often as the ‘faff factor’ has been completed removed!
I definitely think I will buying more of these in the future.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my shopping experience with Rigu. I finally took the plunge on a Moneymaker dual harness but I wasn't sure which of the options would suit me best. Excellent product, ordered magnetic filter adapter. Have been a photographer for over 40 years so have many good filters which I did not want to duplicate with new magnetic versions. These adapters solve the problem easily for a much lower cost than new filters. Brilliant product and excellent service. Will be ordering more products from here.

Every now and then you come across a business which is out of the ordinary. Rigu is exactly this, with both a wide range of stock (from the simple and everyday to the totally exotic) and unmatched customer service. Even the best camera outlets keep only a few different camera straps - but at Rigu you’ll find a range wider than you ever imagined. From one point of view of course, the strap is just an accessory to the camera - but it is an important one! If you didn’t get a strap with your camera or if you just want a better one, you’ll find it here. Helpful advice and information plus speedy despatch are automatic. This is a niche business with frankly no competitors!

Ordered a pair of Rolleiflex strap adapters. Good price and free postage. They arrived bang on time and fit the camera perfectly. Will definitely order from Andy again!

So never had a vegan leather strap before, always worried about the quality and then I found Rigu. It came really swiftly and was very well packaged. I opened the little cloth bag and wow - what a beautiful strap. This product is superbly made and fantastic value - never going back to leather again! Just brilliant 🤩

Ordered a camera strap from Rigu while the owner was on holiday, so I expected a bit of a delay but my order was processed and posted out the same day, with an email to confirm the tracking number. Arrived the next day as promised. Very pleased with the service I got and would happily shop here again.

I bought some magnetic ring adapters for camera filters. Best price I could find, superb quality and was delivered on time.

A great consumer experience. I’m from NZ and as it happened, had relatives returning home a week after I made my purchase so had my purchase delivered to them in Surrey. Arrived in 2 days, kept in the loop with its progress, great work. Have the item in my hot hands now and totally happy. For a one man band, Andrew has done good things, I will use you again for sure. So great to find a wide selection of vegan camera straps. The communication from the seller was great and it came beautifully wrapped. Delivery was super quick too! And the rope strap is perfect! Love it!

Wanted a specific EMBOSSED camera strap that wasn’t listed on website. Emailed Andrew who responded almost immediately. His response was along the lines of “could do this but won’t as it doesn’t work as well as HE would like”. He lost £15 and I gained £15 - I purchased the strap without embossing. The strap is great and the advice / service was excellent. This is a tiny business with very high standards - commendable, given the current climate.
