Very helpful and great customer service and support

Made getting a loan be very easy uncomplicated and just friendly staff

I had an easy loan process. I have no complaints.

Good while I was paying. When I paid off early I had gone to their site to see what I owed. Sent them a check for that amount. (Their site shows what you will pay after all payments so I over paid by a LOT) I called and asked when I would get the refund. They said they had to wait 21 days to ensure the check was good. I waited 5 weeks and still no refund. Called and asked why. Was told they had found my check in the bottom of their mailbag several days back and sent so I should get it soon. Got it the next day (it was postmarked the day before when I had talked to them and they lied)

The staff was kind, friendly and friendly as well as supportive in assisting with the loan process.

Always very nice and friendly employees always ready to help in anyway.

Quick to take you to court an put judgment on you they dont care about financial hardships that may happen worse experience ever place sucks

Republic was easy to get accepted people are nice and helpful. They don't have the best on the rates but sometimes you don't have a choice. Good way to help build your credit.

My credit score is 710, I earn $77,000 a year, and all of my credit cards are well below their limits. My payment history is 100% on all of my accounts, including the one I have with them.

Yet they denied my request to refinance just $4,000 because of a $400 collection account that is currently under dispute since it resulted from fraud.

Now I have an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report because of them. This company is incredibly inefficient. No wonder they have so many negative reviews and such a low rating. It’s a shame I didn’t read them before doing business with them.

I’m not sure , the name of my loan officer but she was very nice and pleasant. She made the loan process so smooth with no stress involved, shes truly 100% serves her customer the best way

I was waiting on the transfer of money that got help up. I had money in timed deposits, but needed a loan until the money was freed up. This company helped me within a day. The staff at the Dayton, Ohio office was just great. I applied and went to a local office to pick up the check. Thanks for the quick help!

I’ve been trying to make my payment every since I got the check for my loan no one has reached out to me. I haven’t gotten a single phone call a single email. I have made several attempts to contact Republic by phone is most likely do not want me to make my payment the app doesn’t work. I guess I’m going to have to drive all the way down there and pay them in cash.
