Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that you feel disappointed and frustrated, as that is of course not the experience we want our members to have. We always strive to give our members the best experience, as well as provide them with the help and support needed when they contact us.

The cashback registered on your account can sometimes differ from what you expect because certain stores do not reimburse us for VAT, taxes or other charges such as shipping. This is stated in our Terms of Use and on each store’s page under “Special conditions”, where it says:
“Cashback is normally calculated based on the order value minus VAT, taxes and shipping.” However, if you still believe the amount is incorrect, you are very welcome to contact our customer support so they can review the purchase in question.

We sometimes temporarily block accounts from withdrawing cashback if our system detects discrepancies, for example suspected fraudulent behaviour, if the same BankID has been used on multiple accounts, or other irregular activity. This is done for security reasons, both for us and for our members. However, when a member contacts us regarding this, we always review the case more closely, and if everything looks OK and the explanation provided by the member is valid, the ban is lifted.

When a purchase is made, cashback first appears as “Pending”. We then need to wait for the store’s approval period, which exists to cover open purchase policies, legal right of withdrawal, and internal verification from the store. During this time, the status or amount may change based on the store’s final decision. Approvals and rejections are handled by the store.

There are several reasons as to why a purchase can be rejected or the cashback sum partially reduced. Common reasons include cancelled or partially returned orders, use of external discount codes or purchases being tracked via another source. In some cases, a rejected purchase may temporarily appear as 0 kr before receiving a final “rejected” status. This is a system status and not an attempt to withhold funds. We always try to provide a reason for said rejections, and if the reason is unclear, we are happy to contact the store to review the reason for denial.

During periods of high demand both we, as well as our partnered stores, may take longer than usual to reply. We always aim to respond as quickly as possible and follow up on every case, but sometimes we are dependent on the store’s feedback in order to resolve disputes.

There are various reasons as to why a purchase hasn't been registrered automatically. For example, this can be due to browser settings, blocked cookies, the use of AdBlock or the use of external discount codes. If a purchase hasn’t been registered within 48 hours, it can always be reported manually so that we can look over said purchase and, if everything looks correct on our side, send it to the store for further handling.

Lastly, we want to be very clear on this point: if a purchase is rejected, we receive no commission at all, and therefore cannot pay out any cashback. In other words, we do not profit from rejected purchases. We only earn money when cashback is successfully approved and paid out to our members.

Thank you for your review.

We understand that the time it takes for a purchase to get approved sometimes can feel long. When you make a purchase, the cashback is visible under "Inkommande" (Incoming Cashback) and stays there until it gets approved. The time you´re waiting depends on the rules of a purchase ("Open purchase", the general right of withdrawal etc.). In addition, we have to get the order sum confirmed by the store. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process, but as soon as we have received a confirmation from the store, your cashback should appear as "Godkänd" (approved) on your account.
