If you are a US based customer do not do business with this company, DECEPTION ALERT!!!! I found a sealant product I needed via a google search, their website said it was in stock. 3 weeks later I hadn't received the order so I reached out and they said it wasn't in stock. A week later finally got a shipping confirmation, days later it was hung up on a customs check. A week later I finally receive the product after my job was completed and have no use for the product. After receiving the product Fed Ex is sending me a bill of $18 for customs duties. No where on the product page or ordering process was I told they were located outside of the US, and nor was I told I would be responsible for customs duties at anytime throughout the ordering process. If you are a US customer do not do business with this company! They are deceptively passing on costs to US customers without making us aware of it before ordering from them.

We apologize that the product was not immediately available when your order was placed and understand the frustration caused by the delay. Once the product became available, your order was shipped to the address provided. Unfortunately, customs processing times are outside of our control and can occasionally delay shipments crossing the Canada–U.S. border.
Regarding the $18 FedEx charge, this was not a charge imposed or collected by Reflect Window & Door. Our Shipping Policy clearly states that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes and that these charges are the responsibility of the customer. This information is available here:

Any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges are assessed by the carrier and/or customs authorities and are not charges added by Reflect Window & Door.
We take the allegation that we intentionally deceived or misled a customer seriously. We do not conceal our Canadian location, nor do we deceptively pass additional charges on to our U.S. customers. Our location is publicly available on our website, and our Shipping Policy specifically addresses potential duties and taxes on international shipments.
While we regret that the order took longer than expected to arrive, we believe it is important to clarify that the $18 charge referenced in this review was issued by FedEx and was not an undisclosed charge from Reflect Window & Door.
Check all fees before you order
Ordered a part from them that could have fit in an envelope. They charged us $57 for shipping. I just got an email from FedEx saying that we owe another $18 in shipping fees for duty, tariffs, and taxes. Make sure when you order that it includes all fees.

The $57 shipping charge was the shipping cost presented and accepted at checkout for your order. Shipping costs are determined based on the carrier service and destination, not simply by the physical size of the item.
The additional $18 referenced in your review is not an additional shipping fee charged by Reflect Window & Door. It is a separate charge assessed by FedEx and/or customs for applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with importing an order into the United States. Reflect Window & Door does not collect or receive these fees.

Ordered 13' sticks of widow screen frame. Buried in the text says they cut them to 8' for shipping purposes. They are now too short for my project. They wont take them back because they have been cut.
they should be sold as 8' sticks.

The screen frame is manufactured and sold in 13' lengths; however, due to carrier shipping restrictions, the product page clearly states that the 13' lengths must be cut to 8' for shipping. This information is provided so customers can determine before purchasing whether the shipped lengths will be suitable for their project.
We cannot advertise these as 8' sticks because that is not the actual product being sold. Customers are purchasing 13' stock lengths that require cutting specifically for shipment.
Unfortunately, once the material has been cut to accommodate shipping, it cannot be returned or resold as an original 13' stock length, which is why we are unable to accept the product back.
We understand that the 8' sections do not work for your particular project; however, the cutting requirement was disclosed on the product page prior to the order being placed.

I asked for clips for my Marvin screens. These do not fit Marvin screens. I already opened them. Can I return them and get my $50 back??

Marvin has used different screen clips and hardware over the years, so compatibility can depend on the specific screen and existing hardware.

FedEx sent me a bill for import charges that apparently these crooks at Reflect snuck in somewhere. Don't use them. Never know what you'll end up paying.

aluminum handles
I purchased some aluminum handles, which came with some manufacturing defects, after reaching out to Reflect, they resent a new set right away, and overnighted them so i can still deliver my finished product to a client in time.
