They sent the wrong size and won’t correct it unless I pay $14.99 per shirt (3 shirts ) to return it. Poor customer service

Redwood main is a fraud. Stay away from this company. I ordered shoes on August 1, its now August 17 and there is no shipment yet. Do NOT trust whomever these people are...likely offshore crooks

This company is a storefront online Chinese Company falsely representing themselves as a U.s. company out of Texas... Their shoes are represented as U.s. sizes from a U.s. company until you purchase them and find out they track from China and when you receive them they are international sizing... I ordered a size 14 and received a size 48 which they claim is equivalent to a U.s. 14 but are more like a U.s. 12 1/2.... They have horrible customer service and they do not honor their own return policies... They want you to pay out of pocket to return them to a U.k. address for their false advertisement and deceptive business practices.... Not only that but the shoes are very low quality and cheap, do not buy from these people you've been warned.

Do not order from this company in China. They have a Texas address but ship everything from China. I did order sneakers in leather but its all plastic, wrong size and the return cost me $150.
Be awear all returns you have to ship to the United Kingdom, and 2 lbs are over $100.

Absolute SCUM... yes, you are reading it right.. SCUM, not scam. These people are scumbags that need to be jailed. An absolute scam.. I ordered a Ralph Lauren Jacket and sweater and I received a C type charger 😂 you couldn't write it . Stay away from this scam website.

If you need to return an item, it must be shipped to the UK with is almost the cost of the item. The company's marketing and contact information is misleading. I would not buy from them.

I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses. No real clear order acknowledgement email but I did receive an email with a strange message from someone who claims to be the C0-Founder of Redwood Main. It's signed with just a first name of James. Its been 14 days since I ordered, the product was supposed to be in stock in Texas. I sent a follow up request and was told they would "contact our shipping team for status". Really????? If the product was available when I order it 14 days ago, why has it not shipped?? Maybe the CS Rep should reach out to the Head of Logistics, not the Shipping Team!!! That was 4 days ago and I still have no follow up. This company is a total fraud of what they claim to be. They are obviously selling products from manufactures in China and only order from them when they get a hard order from a US Customer. Then, they are pooling those orders and consolidating in China before shipping to the US. This allows them to operate with zero of their own cash for the products and freight csots. They take our cash from orders placed, pool it, then buy from China and consolidate the shipments to reduce cost. They have a good looking website with good product pictures and low prices. So it can work for a while but if they think US consumers are going to put up with this terrible service and delivery after the orders are placed, they are dreaming!! I rather pay 2x from Amazon knowing I'll get the damn item and if there's an issue I can get it resolved without getting screwed in the process.

UPDATE: As of 20 days from order date I still have not received the items. When I email, I get conflicting open-end responses that advise they will follow up but they never do. This company is a disaster and after reading the near 100% dissatisfaction rating here you have to wonder if Redwood Main is just a well-organized thinly vailed scam operation. They seem to ultimately ship inferior items that do not match their web site descriptions at all. So you list photos of expensive items on the web site but ship a cheap inferior item for the purpose of getting tracking and proof of delivery, make it impossible to do a return and even harder to dispute the CC charge because they have proof delivery. Its like the way the Mob's/Organize crime operates. Do just enough real but shady business to cover your tracks.

They sent all the wrong sizes and made it impossible to return and refund. They charge $10 per item to return plus you have to pay for packaging and post.

Advertised as premium cowhide leather but are in fact cheap vinyl plastic. Size is off as well. Good luck getting refunded from China and bank won’t refund unless returned. SCAM!’

Don’t buy items from this Chinese site here. It’s a trap. They have A.I. made pictures to U.S. consumers that far, far, far from the actual look and quality of the item on their site. It is plastic made look like shiny leather shoes. When I got get and try to return, they say you have to ship it back on your own with high shipping cost. So, I decided to keep it and through it in a trash. Don’t trust their statement on their site about return policy.

I really love the green slides with the flower on it. Unfortunately I put the shoe on to wear to a wedding and the one flower popped off it was glued on obviously not well. I was at a destination wedding and so I took the flower off the other one and made do. I’m really not pleased. I think I should get another pair. Hope they read this!!!

Horrible. It is one of those companies that has a normal seeming return policy on the website, but makes you email to request a RMA. When you do that, some AI program sends you automatic responses offering you instead a partial refund of the price. I have been trying for almost a week to get the RMA. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT RETURN.

The shoes were gagbage, no quality at all. $80 shoes, $50 to send them back to the UK. Total scam.

They shipped a pair of shoes that didn’t actually resemble the leather showed on line. The package arrived and smelled terrible. After requesting a refund and return label they offered 15% off to keep them and then I replied not interested as the shows didn’t even appear to be real leather nor did I know the return shipment would be international as the the website shows TX. They responded with a 30% discount to keep and provided a return address in London. This company is deceptive and fraudulent in what they display on line them actually ship.

Awful company, sent the wrong size items then offered me a 15% discount on another order. They will not send the correct size without me returning the order at my expense. Aside from that the material is very fliumsey and i suspect they are aware as they dont place any maker labels or wash instructions. There communications are slow and wont reply untill you send 3-4 emails.. amatures !

The cheapest shoes. Low quality, ill-fitted, ridiculous and not even genuine leather. That would be the worst of it except returns are even worse than the purchase. This company will respond to your refund request with a thousand ways not to return the shoes. Fine, but when I decline you don’t fight me over it; you take the return. Obviously I do not recommend, not for anything.
