Assistant was very courteous and professional, Informative and personable at the same time. Great customer service.
The call was long but it's worth it for peace of mind.
I'm usually doubtful with brokers but they seem fair enough and got the job done right.
I now have same day cover for my self so that my two children will get £50,000 each when I pass on without funeral cost which are also covered.

I joined with red over 10 months ago , they said after 6 months I would receive a smyths voucher for my baby I still haven’t received this and no sign of it either ! Also was meant to receive a teddy when I first joined for my baby too and stil haven’t received that !

Great guidance and knowledge

Waste of my time
Been trying to get in contact with them and they don't answer their voicemails or WhatsApp messages or reply to their comments on Facebook. They sent me trust forms to sign 9 months ago and they got returned to me by Royal Mail who said they don't have a license at the address, I've been trying to send them back so I can make sure my money goes to my daughter in a trust if I pass before she turns 18 but can't get through to anyone. Wouldnt bother with them I'm going to go directly to Scottish widows instead
