Guys, this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hosting provider.

I ordered a server, but I immediately ran into a problem with it. I contacted support and had to wait 24 hours just to get a reply, which already delayed my work.

After they finally answered, it took them another 24 hours to actually fix the issue. So in total, I lost more than a full day and all my work got delayed because of them.

Overall, the experience was terrible in every way, and this will probably be the last time I ever deal with them.

Recently upgraded my VPS & asked for a BGP session on it - works flawlessly!
Performance and network is great, especially to Denmark. Only 13ms from about 700km away.

I'm completely satisfied! The support is top-notch—they resolve any issues quickly and almost always try to help. They're never rude. Mistakes happen, but that's normal for a smaller provider. I highly recommend them!

I'm a customer for both colocation and hosted services for some time now. I haven't had any downtimes except the ones which were scheduled upfront and notified by the provider. Moreover, the support and communication with the whole team is really great, and they even try to help if it's beyond their scope of responsibility.

The service is OK, but the response is slow.

I ordered my first server here 2 months ago and had problems with the ip address. I wanted to leave, but the support solved the issue and explained the problem. Then I slowly started to buy servers here for my needs, now I have moved to dedicated servers and will continue to buy them.
As for hosting - it works stably, the prices are good. Support - the best guys. I hope for further co-operation.
I found only one disadvantage: when automatically reinstalling the OS you need to manually assign an IP address. Otherwise, everything is ok.
