Prompt delivery of an excellent cleanly sourced product
How can you impose an auto renewal after 30 days for a product that had 60 capsules in a jar? Just asking for an exploited customer
great product ! we have ordered the extra virgin cod liver oil for the last year -we are in ireland and the rosita company is is norway -we have put in 6 orders in the year and so far the product is excellent quality, arrives within 4 days every time and always excellent communication with the company updating us when it is shipped. Will continue to use Rosita as the product is very good quality and has made a difference to joint aches and pains for both myself and my husband. susan
I ordered three bottles of soft gel cod liver oil capsules from Rosita Real Foods EU on January 20th, 17 days ago! I paid €134 including shipping fee. I have not received my order & have emailed several times. I am being told it is a shipping delay & receiving no information regarding the whereabouts of my order. I have requested a refund but have been advised I will not receive a refund until the items are returned. How can I return items I have not received??! I advise everyone against ordering from this company. They have my money but I have no product.
I wish I had read hothead reviews before ordering from them. My order was apparently signed by someone else in my block of flats I don’t believe that at all i emailed the CS no response
My bottle arrived unable to open, contacted them in hope of a replacement been stuck emailing them for a month. Getting the same responses which do not respond to what I have sent or I have to follow up due to being ignored. I also sent them a video twice showing the issue but this didn’t do anything. I’m so disappointed and I would really recommend you don’t order from here. I honestly can’t believe how poor their customer service is and some replies were just bizarre to be honest.
Never received the products.
No reply from the Customer Service team to the emails regarding my order, my refund etc.
I had to contact them via chat and they didn't even bother to reply, just ended the chat.
Avoid!
Excellent customer service and the quality of their CLO is the best out there.
I think the cod liver oil from Rosita is wonderful, it contains somewhat more nutrients than the regular cod liver oil and it tastes better!
Their customer service is good. shipping is fast and painless.
Prices may be so-so :/
Glad there are companies who care about people's welfare and health👍
