I love it! Best skin care.

I received the “Hydrating Repair Set” (Hyaluronic Serum, Smoothing Eye Serum and Barrier Repair Moisturizer) and had the chance to test it for a while.
Overall, the experience was good, but with realistic expectations.
The hyaluronic serum is lightweight, absorbs quickly and gives immediate hydration without feeling sticky, which I really liked.
The Smoothing Eye Serum feels nice and hydrates the under-eye area well, making it look a bit more refreshed, but I didn’t notice significant changes when it comes to fine lines.
The Barrier Repair Moisturizer was my favorite product from the set – it has a comfortable texture, hydrates well and works nicely for sensitive skin. My skin feels softer and calmer after using it.
The packaging looks good and the products feel high quality, but the results are not dramatic overnight. According to the brand, more visible results appear after about 4 weeks of consistent use, morning and evening, which sounds realistic to me.
In conclusion, I would recommend these products if you’re looking for basic hydration and skin maintenance, but not if you expect quick or dramatic results.

I am extremely saddened and disappointed with your customer support system.

I have ordered the advent calendar 2025, last year.

However, the product came in damaged, some items were missing and some products had been leaked (also the gls shipment confirmed that the package was damaged, which I still have proof off - and, thus shared).

Since then, it has been an absolute hell, talking and communicating on my behalf for a new advent calendar- constantly. I made the complaint about the advent calendar in October 26th, per email. I didn’t get a reply for months, and even when I sent the tracking number, nobody could find my order.

Now, with all the photos I have sent, to customer support system employee Lilli, the proof from the shipment company gls, from the advent calendar that had been damaged, and ALL the communications since October 26th, 2025, Lilli, (from your customer Support) offered me a meager and ridiculous voucher for 20,- next time I buy something from you.
Saying she could not help me any further since the advent calendars have all been sold out.

REALLY? Is a voucher, for the next time I buy something really all you can do????

This is a more than shameless solution,being completely gaslit, patronized and ridiculed.

Fine, you don’t have any advent calendars you had last year, but I have received a damaged item, which I could not gift

Missing products (at least 5), opened products (leaked), made pictures (again, because customer support was extremely slow), and I am getting stiffed and “bought” off by a voucher, where I am obliged to buy anything.

I don’t work for Rosental; but if this is the best you can do for your customers through client services, I am deeply ashamed, for you.

I must say, the products from rosental organics are just amazing. The packaging the formula of the product everything is just Wow! . Within single usage of the products i could see an amazing result. For me the best product is clay purifying, serum and skin exfoliating treatment.

Ik zeg verder niks over zalfjes en smeersels, ga gerust je gang.
Wilde even aantonen hoe het werkt met dit soort electronica.

Ich habe das Botanical Lifting Serum und die Maske gekauft. Meine Haut verträgt die Produkte gut, also ich habe keinen Ausschlag oder Rötungen davon bekommen. Allerdings hat es auch nicht den gewünschten Effekt gebracht. Ich (35 J.) sehe was die Glättung/ Straffung angeht, keinen Unterschied zu vor 4 Wochen.

Always love the oils and the face lotion from Rosental.

I have it for less than a week but I think it is a good device, definitely motivates me more to do the routine and does an electrical face massage so cannot be bad right? I noticed the electrical currents are a little bit too strong for my liking but maybe it depends on the serum I use since for the nighttime I don’t use the coffein serum

I love this brand and ordered for several years. But they always promise a free gift with your order you never get.
Now i ordered items and they send me one less. So i emailed them but i get emails that i have to make a foto of the package what i don’t have anymore.
If you have a loyal customer, who always order a lot you don’t go back and forward with emails about one missing item the customer paid for.

And now again the ask for a photo of the box and a photo inside of the box and the label on the box.. i don’t have.. the small box i throw away.. after that my daughter asked me about her clearifying oil.. we missed one..
so you can ask for the 5th time about the box i don’t have.. or you just can send me the claryfying oil i paid for..
i think i have to look for another skincare for me and my daughters.. so disappointing this..

Ist sehr reichhaltig,besser für die Nachpflege geeignet.Die Gefahr ist sehr groß,das das Augen-Makeup verschmiert oder sich zur Hälfte über den Tag verabschiedet

The serum is good. I haven't used it long enough to see any impacts but it is pleasant.
