you told us one delivery date and then told us, you could not deliver on the agreed date on multiple occasions. when we asked you for clarification it was verry unclear and vague. you would also not communicate with my colleague who enquired about the order.

Not a great experience. Ordered four items and was informed only two in stock, had to chase these when they didn’t arrive only to be told they were out of stock too.

I had a problem with half of my delivery (which came straight from velux), going missing. I called velux they were not very helpful. I called roof giant a couple of times. I spoke with two different ladies and they were both very helpful. They reassured me that they would do their best to resolve the issue and chased velux. Neither company were really the problem, I would highly recommend velux use a different distribution company. Anyway I finally received both my window and flashing kit. They are installed and look great. I would recommend and use roof giant again

I ordered the Velux opener, it turned up on time and was good value.

I am a repeat customer with Roof Giant, and have been since being let down by one of their competitors. Their pricing and delivery estimates are honest and competitive. On one occasion, I had to return a Velux window the packaging of which had arrived damaged. This was a no-fuss issue for Roof Giant, who were very helpful throughout the process. Our most recent interaction was the ordering of five blackout Velux blinds. They arrived in good order and in a timely manner (undamaged). My only criticism would be that the MK08 blinds were being installed in legacy M08 windows, and all the indications (on-line) were that they were compatible. This is true for width, but the side-rails (length) were approximately 6cm too long, and all needed to be cut to fit the window height. Not too much of an issue, but I've probably negated the warranty on the blinds. With all that said, they look great and have massively benefited our kitchen-diner in reducing heat build-up during the recent hot spells.

Excellent products, .7mm roofing sheets cute to required size, flute foam, wood Tec screws, Tec screw colour caps. Easy to order and delivery service very good. I can recommend Roof Giant. Thanks!

Made a calculation mistake and long story short had ordered 1 roofing sheet short , Popped them an email and recieved a phone call from them ,they amended the order and sent me the correct number of sheets 1st time and they are Good quality aswell , very happy customer 😊
