not 5* because had paid for fast delivery.
then received an email saying it was delivered on a Saturday. Quid non.
only after complaining about potential fraud all of a sudden the package arrived on a Thursday.

I bought two watch straps for my Samsung Watch Ultra and they are really high quality. I used a promo code and was able to choose two more watch straps for free ! Delivery was fast (less than 72 hours). The customer service is excellent : one of the products I received was defective, I explained the problem and sent a photo. I received a response within 3 hours and a new band was sent to me at no extra cost. I highly recommend them!

I made my first order with Quickz It after I was convinced after having an interesting look at their website. Order was done on december 28 and today my parcel was delivered by BPost. All 4 bracelets correctly packed and I went for a variety of them. I was under the impression about the quality and the way the all look like. And yeah a webmerchant in this marketsegment who is still operating out of Europe which is big plus ! This in combination with an efficiant customer service, wide product range and great dispatching avoiding unneccesary delays when coming from Asia I like big times ! I can only but recommend Quickz It

After 2 weeks, no shipment of my order, they communicated that they won't have the goods for at least another week before shipping and refuse to cancel the order because "it is being prepared"...

Use another vendor, this one has clearly no ethics.

After I got NO information about my order after 72h I decided to reach out, and after they copied and pasted the same answer over 4 emails, where I was clearly asking them to acknowledge my concerns and my complaint, they finally said:
"Nous ne comprenons pas ce que vous voulez savoir. Vous avez demandé plus de detailles et nous les avons donné. Maintenant il vous reste juste d'attendre la reception du stock et dès qu'on le recevra nous procederons à l'expedition de votre commande"
which translates to:
"We do not understand what you want to know. You asked for more details, and we provided them. Now you just have to wait for the stock to arrive, and as soon as we receive it, we will proceed with the shipment of your order"

This is absurdly bad, and the customer support they offer is simply deplorable.
They use the DELIVERY UNDER 48 Hours like one of their best qualities and I quote "Livraison EXPRESS (48h) en France, Belgique, Suisse et Luxembourg." but in reality they do not care. As long as the order is paid for, they just don't care about keeping their promises.

This is disappointing at the very least, and it makes me very sad to think that supporting local french commerces is apparently not the best way to go.

Embarrassing.
