I have been using the Quad lock for several years without issue. Unfortunately I crashed the bike and broke the black locking "ears" on the quad lock. In stead of selling me a $5 replacement I had to but had to buy a $21 new assembly. My quad lock is a older design so the assembly doesn't work on my older lock. I took the "ears" off which is the part I needed and trashed the balance of the assembly. A waste of parts. Then it took a week and half to receive the replacement parts. Very slow delivery compared to other vendors.

Bought a Quad Lock Case and Fork Stem Mount. Anyways, the phone fell off the bike at about xxxmph onto a busy dual carriageway. I looped back and found the phone and was expecting the worse. But it's fine. Quad Lock Case is scratched and the phone needs a new screen protector. But that's it. It survived. Works perfect!

I’ve been a loyal user of the Quad Lock ecosystem for a while now to keep my phone secure on my bike. Recently, I noticed the materials on my Galaxy S23 case started separating and warping. Even though I knew it was past the official 1-year warranty window, I reached out to their support team to see if there was anything they could do.
​I received a response from Anthuan within just a few hours. Not only were they incredibly polite, but they also immediately offered to send out a replacement case free of charge. You don't see this level of customer care very often anymore. Incredible service and a great company

Absolutely abismal quality for the price, this is my second case and it's just as bad as the first purchase. So much so, I have ordered a copy of the design, it surely can't be any worse quality. What a shame the company didn't do some QC on cases.

Don't bother buying their slimline range with the optional ring at the back, this broke the first week.

Great product that works as advertised. I have one on each of my two bicycles and provides the accessibility and security I was looking for. No longer worried about one bump sending my phone flying. Highly recommend

I ordered an item in error, ponchos for mag holder, doesnt fit my standard holder.
After a few emails, customer service support (Ron E) kindly offered to refund my £18.45 in full.

I’ve used Quadlock products for a few years now on my motorbike, jet ski, in my car and running/gym. You get what you pay for! Superbly well built, high quality and reliable kit.

I’m writing this review now because, for the first time I had an issue with a phone case I bought. I contacted customer services at 3pm yesterday and left a message. At 11 am this morning I received an unexpected delivery! I was gobsmacked that it was a replacement case. I hadn’t seen the email they’d immediately sent in reply to my message stating a replacement was on the way.

Now that is excellent and rapid customer service and no fuss resolution. This is the very reason I always use quality companies of which Quadlock is one of the best.

So so impressed..shockingly impressed. Thanks Quad Lock.

I am using quad lock cases for many years and I am totally satisfied. I just received a new set after upgrading my phone.

They really stand behind their products! My Mag Case for the iphone 13PM had the magnetic ring that kept falling out. Customer service was quick to respond and resolve my problem easily. Quadlock promptly replaced it for me as a courtesy even though I was a few months out of warranty. Thank you Quadlock!

Product works great. Sometimes a little hard to lock on the phone but I know when it does it will stay on the mount. Their shipping does take a while to arrive. It is not a one size fits all product, ie had to purchase multiple parts to get it where I wanted it mounted. I would recommend getting the wireless charger, kinda expensive but seems to be worth it.

I bought a universal adaptor to attach to my Samsung mobile
Paul followed the instructions very carefully. Especially the use of the cleaning wipe..
I had the adaptor in place for a couple of months then for reasons unknown it came off when I was on a ride. My £600 mobile was very badly damaged, sill working not the case and camera lenses a real mess.
I had been a Quad Lock user for years but now have no confidence.

I would further add that with the charging head in place detaching the phone is nowhere near as easy as the adverts suggest

I've used a Quad Lock mount on my motorbike for over a year with no issues, always double-checking it before every ride. Recently, mid-ride on the highway, the mount detached completely — the vibration damper, click system, and screws came off and were lost, and my phone was thrown onto the road and destroyed.
Support's response was to attribute it to a screw "backing out" from vibration, based on their guidance to check the mount is securely fastened before use — which is exactly what I always did. There's no stated retightening interval or torque spec anywhere in their documentation, so this doesn't actually explain the failure. The damaged parts also showed torn plastic around a screw hole and a bent mounting tab, which looks more like a structural failure than a screw slowly loosening — something support didn't meaningfully address.
They offered free replacement parts, which I accepted, but no acknowledgment of fault and no support for the cost of my phone. If you're relying on this product at speed, be aware that if it fails, you're on your own for the consequences.

Smashed iPhone screen thanks to the quad lock stick on bike adaptor! Riding on a slightly bumpy road when iPhone falls of the bike and screen smashes.
Do not buy those item! I’m now going to have to fork out £150 to fix the screen

There's no denying it's a quality product but mannnnnnn is it annoying!!!
I got the case, heavy duty windscreen arm and card holder. They are all good quality (no problem there) but you're kidding yourself you think it will quickly click on - yesssss I've done the 45° angle but it's hit and miss. They really need to look at this because I wouldn't buy another at the moment. The case is good with the card holder really holding cards well. The arm is sturdy and holds my pixel 10 pro xl in place no problem. Please get the awkward attachment issue sorted and I'll be back with a 5* review

This is my second case from Quadlock and they both are great. I had the vent mount in my previous truck and it was also good. Im not able to use that mount in my new truck so I upgraded to a suction mount with the arm. Works awesome.

Have a few things from Quad Lock and had recent Issue with iPhone case and magnetic ring which were sorted out from query to delivery in under18 hours. Top service.

Quad Lock system has protected my iphone perfectly on my bike and in the car. I recently had an issue with my case which was just out of warranty. The claim was handled superbly: reaction and solution were first class!. If possible, I would rate 6 stars :-)
