Can’t get in touch with a real representative for help. They use ai bots for customer support chat. And all it wants to do is go in circles with you. Completely useless

Sturdiest phone mount I have ever used and fantastic customer support too. Far better than any of the other clip/tension mounts I've used before. Had an issue with the case and was sent a replacement the next day, 10/10 customer service!

The items worked as advertised but customer service was excellent I ordered on line the incorrect phone case and they immediately rectified the problem without charging me , great job 👏

I ordered screen protection for new Iphone 17, and the screen really sucks. One: you don't get allocation help to position the screen exactly in middle, it's very hard to do especially because it leaves a lot of space not covered. So it looks ugly and it also produces bubbles (also due to not first time fit, need reposition) and is thick. Dont spend you money on this. In past other reliable screen protectors worked - did go together with protect Quad cases, but no longer does anymore! Ruined already a Belkin screen installed by Apple once because new case did not fit anymore with newer models iphone. I am going to leave quad lock behind. I am very disappointed especially because also carkit to magnetically connect iPhone case on will have to be replaced by other brand now. Quadlock is looking second hand with a brand new phone, I am going to switch to a brand that takes more care, And hole for iPhone 17 case for lens and flash position is way to big, unrefined compared to other brands. It saddening, Quadlock was good, no longer!

I bought a new bike mount with screen protector and rain cover and ordered the wrong size. Within minutes of querying if I could return them I was offered a correct size replacement with no additional costs involved. I love the product on my bike and have used the holder and case for years. Thankyou !

I bought 2 years ago a case for my iPhone 14 Pro and it goes defective in July this years, I communicate with the customer services and they send me a replacement part right away free of charge!

That’s a great services and a good warranty for a product, especially for an online product

I ordered five motorcycle accessories on Tuesday based on their advertised 1–2 day processing time. On Wednesday, I received a shipping email with a tracking number, but when I checked on Thursday, the order had not actually been handed over to the carrier. I reached out to customer service, but was met with some of the worst support I’ve experienced—just excuses and no real attempt to resolve the shipping delay. Quad Lock has clearly outgrown its commitment to customer service. If you value responsive support and accurate shipping info, look elsewhere

On Jul 30th, 2025 I ordered the full set of Quad Lock components to connect my Google Pixel 9 Pro to my Triumph 900 Gt Pro, including the waterproof wireless charging unit. It took me numerous months of test to assess that the charging unit was simply not working. When I contacted Quad Lock support to ask to replace the unit, they candidly replied that based on my description, the unit is working properly, it is simply a known compatibility issue with my specific phone. They offered to me to buy the USB version of the same adapter, for another 80€ cost, that they claimed is instead properly working and they offered to me a 20% discount on this unit. When I asked why they did not inform me upfront of this issue, so I could change my order, I received no valid answer, but only excuses.
Is this the behavior of a serios vendor?

I have only been using Quad Lock for 2 riding seasons but I'm very happy so far. I was initially only going to use the pixel phone case during the riding season but decided to keep it on permanently because of how tough it is. Love the new mag water bottle and travel bag as well. Good quality products. Orders have always arrived within a reasonable timeframe .

Long time user purchased screen protector with kit which I don't usually do and it's rendering fingerprint sensor useless. Swapped by to ones from Amazon no issues disappointing considering price

Feels.perdectly very practicall BUT after a long trip the case create a belly because of the sun and the heat

As others have indicated, I do feel that the mixing and matching of magnetic options on top of the mounts significantly adds to the cost. However, I've been purchasing QuadLock products for the last 7 years now. Despite the cost, the quality and variety of the products are great.

I recently purchased a quad lock case and mounting for my motorcycle. About 6 months after purchase the right side of the case became a little bowed out. I emailed customer service with a picture and they responded by saying that shouldn't be happening and they were sending me out a replacement right away. That is old school customer service and I am more than pleased with that company and I will also be buying future products from them.

Save your money…. The case is slippery and hard to hang onto and the mag charger option is very slow. I originally bought the bicycle mount for my mountain bike and loved it. That’s where I should have stopped. Everything else isn’t worth it. My 12$ mag mount for my truck from Amazon is just as good.
