Good cleaning but weird service
Good cleaning so overall good. But very weird to call on a sunday evening to try to reschedule the time for cleaning which was supposed to happen the day after.

Terrible moving cleaning
I rented out my apartment and my tenants used Qleano when they moved out and I was returning to the apartment.
The obvious spaces were clean, such as the stove top, faucets etc.
But this was supposed to be a moving cleaning, in a furnished apartment. My cleaning cupboard was standing 10 cm from the wall, and in between that space there was a huge pile of cat hair and dust. It had not been taken care of or looked at. Very easily reached with a vacuum.
I had a couch, but they didn’t even try to clean under it or around it. It was full of cat hair, and under the couch was a disaster. Piles and piles of cat hair, dust, chocolate, snacks, and paper. And a big stain that I tried to clean.
Under my bed (which is easy to reach) it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Also a lot of hair and dust, 2 hangers, 2 boxes of snus (with used snus scattered around) and candy wrappings. This is not even called for during a normal house cleaning, but when it’s supposed to be a moving cleaning, it’s not acceptable at all. I asked my tenants to contact the company and have them come back, but the company didn’t take any responsibility saying “we don’t clean under furniture”
I’ve never experienced this before, and I’ve moved many times in my life.
I had to do the rest of the cleaning myself.

Instead, we clean around and underneath areas we can access without moving items as moving furniture involves a risk of damage. The same applies to discarding items which is not part of our service.

No professional workers or experienced
Very bad service provided. The team was not profissional at all and not experienced. The team did not used any of the service equipments and used the equipments on the apartment like the vacuum. Also the team broke a part during the cleaning and did not take responsibility for it. Overall very bad cleaning that caused the landlord to ask again for a second cleaning. Would not recommend this service. Expensive and not profissional.
