Accessories Required
What comes with the purchase is not clear. The advertisement infers that you are sent the machine and all the brush tools but in fact, you have to buy all the brushes (bar the one that comes attached, as a standard part of the machine) as accessories. There is one brush I noticed in the advertisement that I can’t recall being offered as an accessory option. My suggestion is that you should offer all the brushes in a basic “Accessory Pack” and then the other items (eg soap dispenser, extension handle, steel scrubber, etc.) be offered as individually available accessories. Until I receive my purchase, I cannot review the product itself, so the above comments apply only to my purchase experience.
