I have paid for a t-shirt several months ago and despite them reassuring me that they will send it to me, I still haven't received it.
They are stringing me alone for 2 months now.
Communication via email is difficult and with a lot of promises.
Love the tshirt will definitely order again.

So I have place the order #112392 on 17th January 2026. You guys told me that dhl has tried to deliver my order but I wasn’t there. I did not believe that since I’m working remotely, my wife too. I was expecting the good to be delivered before my trip as it was meant to be a gift but it wasn’t. I send you a mail asking politely to be refunded after receiving a notification that my order is being sent back to you. You replied asking me to provide my address and totally ignore my request to be refunded. Avoiding going back and forth, I sent you my address which should be already in your system and since then nothing.
I can see in the comment of pretty much all of your posts that this is a common behavior. I’ve tried the diplomatic way, now I’ll try the other way.
I ordered this item on December 16th with a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It is now January 7th and I still haven’t received anything.
Emails are completely ignored, there is no customer support, no update, no apology, and no compensation.
This is unacceptable. The service is unreliable and frankly appalling. I strongly regret this purchase and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong with them. I ordered a t shirt on December 17th when they promised they’d ship the t shirt the next day. Fast forward, today is December 30, nothing was shipped, my request to cancel the order was ignored, no one replies. I’d never order from them again nor recommend it to anyone. Search some other shops, this one is not worth your time.
I ordered some stuff for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. When I contacted customer support, they told me that it will not be delivered before Christmas, so i decided to cancel the order. What's nice about this is that Ariyan, who owns the company, offered me to ship it anyway, because the order should have come in before Christmas.

The quality is great, nothing to complain about. Customer service also responded quickly (exchange of size). I will definitely order here a second time 👍
100% scam! You get something low quality and totally different then the pictures. Print is pixelated and has weird edges. They sent you a whole other type of zip hoodie then what they advertise with. Talked to them about it trough customer service and they deny everything. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
My order to Greece came in 4 days. The quality and the design is very nice! Thanks to pumpvibes!
