Front bumper 500E

I ordered a front bumper for my Mercedes w124. Because it’s a wide one, only fitting to E500s they after I bought it on their website, they told me via WhatsApp, that this was special made for me and that it would take some time. Also they disclosed the material it is made from and about the documents you may need for Tuv inspection.

They answered very fast and honest to all of my questions and I felt secure buying this bumper.

The bumper arrived very well packed and nothing was damaged. I even got a tracking number for my package.
And I think the total time from order to arrival were 4 weeks max.

Fitment is well, if course you need to tweak it a little bit, but really noting major.

Had problem with ordered tail lights, customer service arranged visit to workshop and diagnostics. Even after manufacturer claim that issue is not with tail lights, they gave me new tail lights and visit to workshop to see if the issue is still present.

Let me start off by saying I will never ever buy something from these people. The only positive thing was the shipping was very fast, but either than that whether the quality was horrible Bumpers were scratched and nicked no protection for delivery. I tried to deal with three different gentlemen. Nobody can give me a straight answer, and everybody was avoiding the issue. They had me take the Bumpers to a Body Shop locally which was about an hour and a half away from me so they can get repaired which was. But not to my satisfactory so they agreed to send me new set of Bumpers which I waited for over three weeks and no response no answer no nothing. The worst customer service. Never will do business with these people again and I recommend no one else does as well.
