Dankjewel voor je geduld en duidelijke feedback! We zijn blij dat je uiteindelijk gevonden hebt wat je zocht, al liep de communicatie inderdaad niet altijd even vlot. Dat had vooral te maken met het feit dat je op zoek was naar iets heel specifieks dat we niet standaard in ons gamma hebben en dat vraagt nu eenmaal wat extra schakelen tussen klant en leverancier.
Toch fijn dat we het samen tot een goed einde hebben kunnen brengen. Geniet van je aankoop en tot een volgende keer!

Product works but missing parts

Product works perfectly.

Older post (1*/5):
Ordered it Wednesday with a most likely 'next day' delivery stated. I chose a nighttime delivery slot that was available on the website. Was phoned the next day to say the product is too heavy for the nighttime courier. And delivery will now take place the following day (Friday).
Product was eventually delivered on Saturday.
External packaging box was resealed (original tape had been cut). The exhaust hose and one of the hose attachments was missing from the box.
I phoned customer service on Saturday to report the problem and was informed to send an email to the customer support address. I did so on Saturday.
It is now the Tuesday after and have not heard anything back.
Have since ordered the individual original parts from a 3rd party given the heatwave.

Nightmare experience Going round in circles....

Currently one month into a nightmare customer experience with Profilc. Our hoover stopped working after 6 months and they told us to send it back to be fixed. It was returning even more broken than before and now their advice is to send it back once again with not guarantees that it will ever be fixed. We are goign round in circles. Starting to feel like this is one big con, that they keep asking you to send it back untill you get too tired to do it anymore. Deeply irresisponsible and stressful experience.

If it still doesn't work, the device needs to be returned to the manufacturer as it is still under the 2-year warranty. This will definitely be resolved. Wrong item deliverd and bad client service

We ordered a washing machine from Bol.com on 1st July 2023. Apparently, it was this company which provided the item. One week later we received a wrong item (TV) instead of what we ordered. We contacted the company for the issue and they accepted to do the 'omruilling'. A few days later the driver who was responsible for the transfer called me and asked me to come to another place away from the delivery destination (my house) to get the washing machine and bring the TV because he cannot enter our street (he said he doesnt have traffic permission). I contacted the company and they talked to me extremely impolite and told me that is my problem. Accordingly as I didnt accpet their offer the driver went back and one week later after talking with Bol I received my item!
