Delivery issues and slow reply, but company fixed it
I am updating my situation. There was a big delay and no reply from customer service for a few days. It turns out Royal Mail lost the original package. When the company finally got in touch, we found a solution. I asked them to resend the order using a courier instead of the post to avoid more problems. They agreed and sent the new delivery completely for free. They also included a small gift pouch to apologize. The courier package has just arrived very quickly, and the product is in perfect condition. While the initial lack of communication and the lost post were frustrating, I appreciate that the company took responsibility, changed the shipping method for free, and made things right in the end. I am very proud of how they handled my problem and thankful for this resolution.

Following our investigation, Royal Mail confirmed the original parcel was lost in transit after dispatch. A replacement order has already been arranged and upgraded to DPD Express, and we are currently assisting Lukasz directly.
We dispatched the original order on time, but unfortunately the parcel was never scanned into the Royal Mail network after collection. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we opened an investigation and arranged a replacement.
We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter and look forward to the replacement being delivered successfully.

Problem addressed very promptly
Revised review: the company promptly addressed point mentioned in my poor review, which had been missed as an oversight. Have yet to complete a course, still feeling a bit wary, but will try again soon.

First order excellent service.
First order been trying to find replacement for my vivomixx. The service was excellent and most important to me was it came packaged with a cold pack very important for the product, that shows a reputable company. I am very impressed by this first order and they will now be my permanent supplier.
