Great service, great pricing, no complaints

I was recommended this hosting service by the youtuber Nufuli and it is wonderful for it's price, but support can take a bit sometimes. But overall amazing for the price

They have helped me with all of my problems. I have been a customer for 2 years now and Prism has always given me the support to fix my server or add datapacks. They were patient with me even though I was just learning how to use a server and were really helpful. The server is great value and you will always get support when you need it

there were a few hitchhikes with the server going down and not be able to start it again in 2-3 evenings. it started working again by the next morning, before getting responses to my tickets (but this was probably because of timezones)
Still handled a 200-250 modpack server with players extremly well with 6 gb ram FOR CHEAP, so extremly woth it!

Like another user said, I experienced same! All liars. One staff said to me to send invoice and to get back to me, but ghosted, very awful experience! I wasted my 2 weeks.
Don't try this service at all! There are lots of services, this service looked cheap, so I chosed at first. But don't try this cheap and bad service!

Please don't try lie here as well!
You offered no response whatsoever.
Do you want me to share the screenshots?
You kept me waiting for 2 weeks without providing any decision, ultimately driving me to extreme anger.
You ought to offer compensation for the wasted time and mental distress, or at the very least, show sincere remorse, yet you continue to lie.
What grudge do I hold against you that would cause me to harass you without reason?
If you had simply told me you couldn't do it because of crypto issues, I would have just looked for another service.
Please stop the deception.

Its definitly worth what your paying for

Support is very helpful and quick I’ve made a ticket about downgrading but instead I’ve received a discount for the same price as the original plan!

The process was very easy to setup and there was a alot of great features that weren't in other server hosts I have used before.

I used to use a different hosting platform, but it could only be used with neoforge, so I quickly stopped the subscription in a span of a month. But 4 months later, I saw an add from a ytber (maybe only a squid i forgot). And I found out how good prismnodes was, so I started making a plan and it was SOOO CHEAP and for a GOOD DEAL :D. So when I purchased it I wasnt expecting anything crazy, but holy the plugins, mods, etc are just soooo easy to add on.

The ai assistant takes care of so many issues for me and even when it can’t it still gives me enough info to finish it on my own

Staff is Super Rude Especially the Owner RIZEN if the problem involves their owner, he will just threaten to ban you Even if it's the company's fault

I was trying to offer some help, but instead they banned me from their discord server (no warning and without appeal). Their support is pretty bad. Like others mentioned before, they ban people instead of helping them, which says alot about how unfriendly they are. They are completely unprofessional and called me a "shit." Is this how they treat people?

Edit: The "not a customer" point is irrelevant. According to TrustPilot, a genuine interaction with a company qualifies, even if you didn't buy anything. I was banned from the Discord without warning or appeal after trying to help and was insulted in the process. I stand by my original account and I have screenshots of your staff calling me a "shit".

Edit 2: After I posted this review, rather than responding professionally, they threatened to reveal my full name and address. I will not be taking this review down over empty threats. I'm leaving it up so others can see how insane they are.

Edit 3: You threatened me first. Rather than giving you my real name, I gave you the name of who I believe is the staff that threatened me. That makes it fair game on both sides. How is that harassment when you are the harasser yourself?

It is everything a server should be. all the plugins I have added work great the config for the server is amazing and there is no lag its everything a server should be!

Excellent server performannce!

pricing was amazing, staff and support was great. overall performance was amazing. the one problem i have is there is a slight bug that happens 0.1% of the time and disables the ability to play and start the server. hope it gets fixed soon!

uhh server host pretty mid thought there was a refund policy but it was only if there was technical issues and uh its kinda expensive is this a better review stop threathening to hurt my family prism nodes especially Ayden1T btw i cant do anything in the discord server bc yall banned me so i cant report him but his user is ayden1t on discord

Service was very good. Ive been using prism nodes for 2 months! I never regret buying it and would buy again. Performance and overall was great. Support team responds quickly. Price is reasonable too.

yea the pannel workd fine it the only thing i found like guys you know the 3 thign like the cheap,fast,good quilti everyone says 3 of them cant be at the same time but here it a diffrent story 3 in 1 crazy
