I bought 2027 Autocad on Mar 2026 and…
I bought 2027 Autocad on Mar 2026 and bought 2027 Revit in July 2026 but in different email, so if I logged in Autocad it not allow me in Revit because some computer and different email, I calle dcustomer support and they fix the problem in the same day.

Impressive customer support. Could not have been better.
Initial download and installation was great, though these guys really came to their own about 6 months later when Adobe dropped some weird 'illegal software' thing on my system. I am not that au fait with the workings of software - certainly not things like changing administrator permissions to be able to uninstall apps. However, one email to Prime Licence and they were there with multiple options to try. Being a bit of a dullard I needed to go back to them about 6/7 times and they always responded almost immediately and took full responsibility for getting me up and running again. I really was so very impressed with their responsiveness. Very much recommend!
