Regarding our order/invoice PXLH-0040:

(2P) Standgarderobe Jässaatka – 1 Stange + 1 Schrank + 3 Ablagen – 200x61x40cm – Grau

Unfortunately, parts of the delivery are missing. We have only received the shelves (3 Ablagen). The remaining parts – the rail (1 Stange) and the cabinet (1 Schrank) – have not been delivered.

Could you please check the status of the missing parts and let us know when we can expect them to arrive?

delivery took longer and didn't arrive in the end - BAD

The delivery took longer than expected and when they "were out delivering" they didnt deliver, saying that they couldn't which is impossible since I was at the place which is also a house, so I would have heard if anyone rang on the door, since I was waiting for delivery. so my package wasn't delivered, very dissapointed.

Updates:
I have still not received my money back 7th of august 2026

The pacakge has been delivered back according to the delivery service, and we still have not received money back August 12th 2026

Lovely outdoor table and chairs

The item I ordered was described as 'cast iron' but only the legs of the chairs were cast iron; the rest was aluminium. And so, although the overall experience was fine, and the product is really quite nice, it is not quite as accurate as presented.
