Didnt ship order, no refund
I made a order to the faroe islands. They took my money, and the said they dont ship to my country , and i would get the money back. I never got any refund, and they say i have to kontakt klarna to get my refund. They wont even give me kontakt info to klarna. Plus klarna is when you dont have money for the order, so you pay a little every month. Its not the same company. So i will never use this website again. They just stole my money

Hi Daniel, thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the trouble you’ve experienced. We want to clarify that we never keep money for orders we cannot ship. When an order is cancelled, we always issue the refund on our side immediately.
However, because the payment was processed through Klarna, the actual transfer of the money back to you is handled by Klarna’s system. In rare cases, Klarna may experience delays or technical issues that prevent the refund from going through right away — even if we have already completed the refund on our end. If a dispute or invoice stop has been opened in Klarna at the same time, this can also block or delay the refund in their system, even though we have already issued it.
We absolutely want to help you get this resolved. If you contact us with your order number, we can provide confirmation of the refund from our side and assist you with Klarna if their system has prevented the refund from going through.
We understand your frustration, and we’re here to make sure you receive your money.

Customer service needs improvement
UPDATE:
I was able to return the item in the end. The person who helped me in the process was very nice and made up for the initial lack of contact.
Maybe in the future I will try another product, hoping to be more lucky. One suggestion I would make is that this company should start a phone service for their customers. Since they deal with hidden cameras and similar gadgets, it would be important to speak directly with someone who can support the customers and solve any problems they might have with their purchases.

Bought item on March 4 but needed to return it shortly after as it is defective. Impossible to contact these people. Several emails but nothing. I eventually got in touch with their customer service and agreed on returning the item for good. Customer service needs to definitely improve. Will give two stars now until the matter is completely resolved, then I might increase the evaluation, considering that, in all fairness, the person who finally got in touch with me is being helpful.

the delivery was quick and the product…
the delivery was quick and the product was exactly what I had ordered. It was a laptop stand for using in bed but the function of the device is not as I expected. Before I buy it I emailed them and asked if I can look at the monitor in parallel with my face in bed and they said there shouldn't be any problem but there was in fact. The laptop falls on my face if I want to put it on that position and I have hurt my face two times so far.

They selling an item what have not in…
They selling an item what have not in stock and they have no idea when it will be stock...i tried to speak with them and said i want to know when should i expect answer "we dosent know" but when we will have we send it to you. Question ok but when should i count on it weeks month months? No answer after all i said ok poor service i want to cancell no answer... I only want to know how can they sell something what they dosent have?! Seriously xD? And they dosent know when they have... Great shop well done..
