The viewing was cancelled 16 hours in advance. The seller was poorly informed. I contacted the owner, but there had been no honest communication; everything seemed to be in the real estate agent's interest.

Frau Brand ist TOP! Ich kann sie nur sehr stark weiterempfehlen. Am Anfang war ich mir unsicher ob ich die Wohnung durch einen Makler verkaufen möchte, aber Frau Brand hat mich überzeugt und hat tatsächlich meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen.

Sie hat in nur wenige Tage die Wohnung besichtigt, einen Käufer gefunden, und Notar Termin vereinbart. In weniger als 2 Wochen hat auch den Kauftermin stattgefunden. Frau Brand ist sehr professionell, freundlich, und hat sich um alles gekümmert - ich musste nur zur Notartermin erscheinen und ein paar Unterlagen einscannen. Sie hat alle meine Fragen und Besorgnisse beantwortet.

Ms Brand is EXCELLENT. Ich can only strongly recommend her. At first, I was unsure whether I want to sell my apartment through an agent, but her skills convinced me on the spot. She definitely exceeded my expectations.

In just a few days after seeing the apartment, she was able to find a buyer and made an appointment with the notary. The purchase took place in less than 2 weeks. Ms. Brand is very professional, friendly and took care of everything - I only had to show up for the notary appointment and scan some documents. She answered all my questions and tackled my concerns.

After 1,5 year long exhausting house hunt in Munich, we could find and buy our dream apartment thanks to Herr Robert Gillhuber and PlanetHome. Herr Gillhuber is very supportive and responsive. He is very experienced and with this guidance the whole process went very smoothly, although we are not native German speakers and have almost no experience in German bureaucracy in this topic. From the moment we saw the post online until we completed the paperwork (flat visits, Notar, financing, any questions about the flat, etc.), Herr Gillhuber has supported us at all points and we felt very comfortable. We are very thankful to Mr Jens Messow from Planet Home who has helped us in finding our dream Home. He was very supportive and has also actively responded during the non office hours. He was available all along the process starting from our first Viewing appointment until the day we received our Keys. Though we are not native German speakers, he has put that extra effort in making us comfortable and has also got us a Notar who helped in Translation. Overall we are very much satisfied with the Service and we highly recommend PlanetHome for mediation.

We recently bought a home in Munich and had a really great experience with Planet Home (Herr Hafner was our estate agent). Herr Hafner was very flexible to our needs, allowing us to visit multiple times, and always open to questions. He was very knowledgeable about the property and had built a good relationship with the seller, as well as having excellent contacts for financing. In terms of paperwork everything went very smoothly. As the sale of the property was going through he was very flexible in providing access to the home for kitchen measurements etc. I can highly recommend Planet Home as an estate agency.
