I will do business with these guys from here on out. Nathan took the time to troubleshoot my Titan chiller. He was 10x better than Titan customer service.

I had a great experience with Plunge Crafters! After seeing all the buzz about Cold Plunges on social media, I purchased the DIY Cold Plunge Kit to try it out for myself.

Great customer service. It arrived on time without any issues!

It's a hot tub cover made for a watering trough it's going to keep it either cool or warm because of the width of the cover which is a foam type cover I'm sure it can't hold a lot of weight I wouldn't walk on it but it will do thank you price is a little steep but it will keep my watering trough usable.

One of the four fans stopped working after a year. They sent a new one that I replaced but the replacement process is intense and complicated and something must have gone wrong. The unit won't turn on anymore. Worked for 13 months, used it all the time and then it stopped working. Spent $900 on it.

I purchased the DIY plumbing kit and it arrived quickly. Their customer service is also excellent. I was so pleased in dealing with them that I also ordered a chiller thru them. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are also quick to respond with any questions you may have. This is 100% the company that you want to deal with for your cold plunge needs.

The product that I ordered came quick and in great condition. The lid fit as specified on the site and I’m one step closer to having my cold plunge setup.

First of all the product is fantastic! Had to turn the cooooold plunge up to 60 degrees! Just too darn cold! Secondarily the customer service has been over the top responsive and positive! Looking very seriously at a sauna next based on my experience!

Was missing a couple pieces in one of the packages and they shipped 2nd day air without question.

I think the product so far is terrific and I think your product is well made and smart at a good price. As always, stuff happens, but their customer service is top notch.
The pump seemed disappointing relative to the rest of the vibe and apparent quality. It did the job. The ozone generator and the related YouTube video were a great combination to have available. But not having ozone connectivity was a let down like the pump, and felt impulsive as an add on. All the spare parts are wonderful to have available. The chill box, 1/2hp, is robust, has great connectivity, was easy. Overall, only two YouTube instruction videos was surprising, but it is easy.. The pump doesn’t look like the printed instructions, I could not tell for the life of me whether the pump valve was up or down on the tub portion before filling…. .

I had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish! The quality of the cold plunge is outstanding, you can tell it's built to last. On top of that, the delivery was faster than expected, and when I had a question, their customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive. I've been loving the results and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting one, you won't regret it!

Easy site and ordering pricess. Prompt delivery.

Super fast and efficient customer service. USPS delivered my package, but it never showed up. I reached out to Plunge Crafters' support, and within 30 minutes, they had me covered for a replacement!

Customer service is on point. Wasn't quite sure how to navigate everything being new to this type of thing. They made the process super easy every step of the way. Great product. High quality. And definitely worth the investment. Damn glad I found them 😊

I had a problem with my pump, a few videos and 2 emails later we diagnosed the problem and a new pump was on the way. A fantastically quick customer service experience. Freya is back in action and keeping me chillled and inflammation free!

Nathan and the team at Plunge Crafters have been awesome to work with. The customer support was way better than I expected, and you can tell they actually care about helping people get set up the right way.

The quality of the products has been excellent too. The Cold Plunge Chiller Pro handles the Texas heat easily, the setup was simple, and everything feels well thought out.

I did a ton of research before buying, and I’m really glad I found these guys. Plunge Crafters is 100% legit.

Updated review: Nathan was EXTREMELY responsive to correct and resolve the situation. He and I actually had the opportunity to try to work together to resolve an issue many cold plunge owners may have and aren’t aware of, the tubing and fitting size of their cold pod. Apparently, ozone kits are for 3/4” tubing and fittings, while my cold pod has 1/2” tubing and fittings. Nathan informed me they, as well as everyone else in the industry, is aware of this challenge and have tried to come up with a solution. Being in the water treatment business for almost a decade, ozone is a fantastic, simple and low maintenance solution. Despite putting our heads together and coming up with various possibilities, we weren’t able to come up with an effective solution at this time. I hope, pray and trust Nathan and Kristin will come up with a solution for this predicament. I WILL certainly be their first customer for this ozone kit.

Thank you again Nathan and Kristin for your follow up, customer service and willingness to correct the initial issue. It CERTAINLY did not go unnoticed.

Purchased the ozone kit to add to our existing cold pod and filter. It does not come with the 3/4” ID (inner diameter) tubing. That would be fine if I could find this size tubing with the length of 1 feet. But instead Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. sell it in 50 - 100 feet at $28+. Would be EXTREMELY beneficial to include (1) foot of the tubing and charge an extra $5. I see y’all have it included in the $300+ whole kit, but we don’t need all that.
