Fast processing of DBS certificate
I was subscribed to the online
DBS renewal service, but payment didn't go through even though card details were correct. So I was unable to work until a new certificate was issued.
The process was an easy online application and my certificate number was issued in 5 days.
I appreciate the speed of service as it was a very stressful time.

Having never come across this particular process before I rang up to speak to someone. The lady I spoke with (Lisa) was really helpful. She not only explained it but showed me how to do it on the system. I really felt she took the time to understand my issue.Also it was sorted within a few minutes of me completing the required form.
