Order a compound that is produced in powder form by every seller in every country. Except this one apparently, who sent a basic clear glass vile with a clear liquid in! When asked what the dilution rate was? No response, so I asked what this alleged compund had been reconstitued in? Again No response. I'm sure once they googled what 'reconstitued' meant! They decided it was unsafe to engage with me. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY, Needless to say the "unknown" substance has been disposed of. Don't send them a single pound!.

Bought products from this company and one paid, the process was so easy and very quick. I received the order the next day as promised with 24hr tracked RM delivery. Granted this was only my first order but with service like that, it has my approval for being reliable and genuine. In regards to the products, these are genuine and seen to be working well. Don't be put off by other negative reviews as it seems there is another company with a similar name and causing some people hassle. Check that you have the correct site and you should have no problems like I didn't with my order.

FAKE COA’s AND UNDERDOSED VIALS

After sending one vial from the 5 I’ve got to JanoShik,it came out my Retatrutide was under dosed. And the precedent of the composition was under 76% purity.
Haven’t tested for endotoxins but I’m sure it was over the normal levels.
Do not BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. The CoA is made by them on optimalabs.com which surprisingly it was opened the same day they opened their website. And the only client they have is surprisingly peptides lab!
On the website,it will pop up that they are celebrating 500.000 orders,that’s really impressive for a company that only opened to the public in march/april
It should be some kind of a world record, alt least first page of the Forbes magazine

Surely the cards is never working on this site . Someone mentioned the missing S( labs) which is making the difference, but such site is not existing .
The delivery is disaster - the peptides was delivered without ice packs ?!?!!! - I have never experienced such thing with other companies and surely I’ve tried few and some with not such good reputation. The pacjkage was left outside on the floor laying under 35* Celsius directly on the sun ( no ice obviously, nor they try to put any)
No customer service and no replies for the emails .
Someone else mentioned reta , surely third week gaining weight . With 5ml mounjaro I would loose atleast 3kg after three weeks . I start worrying it is huge waste of money as I’ve got quite a lot of stuff from them.
And surely no comms - is that sound like a scam?

I purchased some peptides from that company they took the money and the products has never been delivered. Communication with them was very bad and they didn’t explain anything.I think it’s a fraud company and no one should be using them.

I purchased multiple products from this site, they aren’t genuine products, i do not recommend buying peptides from unverified sellers, quick to post and take your money but don’t reply to emails, you can tell from packaging.

Peptides did not work for me and a friend at all. feedback was to increase the does but it made no difference. In fact they did nothing at all. Service was quick but I would use a different supplier with Janoshik testing.

I paid £196.75 by international bank transfer after they told me their card payment system was unavailable. They confirmed they had received my money, but after that it was nothing but excuse after excuse.

First, they claimed they had a “system glitch” and lost my order. Then they asked me to resend all my order details and address. After that, they repeatedly promised my order was shipping, then said it had shipped, then claimed a tracking number would be sent “in a few minutes.” It never arrived.

Weeks turned into months of me chasing them on WhatsApp. Every update was another promise that was never kept. Eventually, they stopped responding completely, despite having my money.

Their customer service is non-existent, their communication is unacceptable, and they failed to deliver what I paid for. If a company takes your money, repeatedly makes promises they don’t keep, and then ignores you, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid sending this company money by bank transfer. I lost my money and received nothing but excuses. Shop elsewhere if you value your time and your money.

Product arrived on time and as expected. Not sure of the full effects yet as only administered twice. Payment needed to made via transfer which was straightforward

Scam company payment made no product or delivery tracking provided. Also not responding to WhatsApp messages after I flagged up the lack of delivery

So far so good placed a few orders now always get order next day ( pay your £7.50 but that is expected ) product wise tried a few different peptides Bpc 157 helped back pain Reta seems legit hope this helps people out there we all just want a genuine reliable source for our research

A great website that looks quality and professional with a huge variation of products, my experience for international shipping it took a very long time to chase my order but it ultimately arrived so appreciate the fact they managed to send it across.

Make sure you buy from peptideslabuk. They are very quick at responding and I got the product quickly.
A warning though... I bought again but accidently from a company called peptidelabuk thinking they were peptideslabuk who I have bought from before. Unfortunately after payment I haven't received any other email or the product.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE PEPTIDESLABUK SITE and NOT peptidelabuk site. (The difference is one S). If you go to the wrong site and pay you will have lost your money.

Have been using these guys for months, products delivered every single time. Have also had MOTs-c and BPC tested independently for my own sanity and purity proved exactly as mentioned with a discrepancy of only .1%.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I placed an order, payment was taken immediately, and then communication completely stopped. My purchase was never delivered, and repeated attempts to contact customer support were ignored.

Based on my experience, this company appears unreliable and untrustworthy. I regret purchasing from them and would not recommend them to anyone.

Product came fast, I ordered both GHK-CU & Reta, there was a small issue with order which was quickly rectified and resolved, Been on GHK-CU for about a week now, I'm noticing changes already! Great products
