Misleading and unacceptable customer service
In my personal experience, this website operates in a very misleading way.
The promised delivery time was not respected, and my order arrived several weeks late. Because of this delay, I clearly informed them that I no longer wanted the order. I refused the parcel at my door and confirmed my refusal again over the phone.
Despite this, the package was forced through the delivery process and marked as delivered the following day against my wishes. I am now still waiting for them to arrange the return and refund.
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this website to be extremely cautious. My experience has been very disappointing from start to finish.

I like the shop, the price is good, customer service is good as well, but parcel delivery with PostNL did not work, they even didnt try to deliver and just shipped to a PostNL Servicepunkt, which is 20 min by car away. Never again.
