Car Broken!
I had booked a parking service with valet. When I returned from my three-week vacation and got my car back, the orange engine warning light was on. I don’t know what your staff did to my car, but this warning light was definitely not on when I left it.

Great service would book again

Had to wait 45 minutes in 40 degrees……
Had to wait 45 minutes in 40 degrees… In Belgium it’s rare to be this hot and still after calling they wouldn’t rush to pick me up.
I called when i arrived and still had to wait this long… I fly every month and this was my first time trying the parking.
Sorry but this is my last time using you’re parking.
Not to forgot, when i told the driver this he told me that this was my own fault… Ofcourse.

Everything went easily

I had a really disappointing experience…
I had a really disappointing experience with this Parkos on budget parking service. I returned 2 days earlier than planned and informed them well in advance in both English and French. When I arrived at the airport, the driver wasn’t there and didn’t answer any of my calls. We ended up waiting more than an hour with my pregnant wife before he finally showed up. He pretended not to understand us, ignored all our messages, and was very rude. The parking itself was dirty and the service completely unreliable.
What makes the situation even worse is that Parkos offers no way to file a complaint or raise any concern They simply state that it is not their responsibility, even though they are the ones promoting these partners. Why would anyone book through a platform that takes absolutely no responsibility for the quality or behavior of the companies they work with? Some of these partners, like this budget parking, seem completely untrustworthy.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
