I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my paint-by-numbers kit. The quality is excellent, everything was easy to use, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed creating the painting. It’s been such a relaxing and rewarding experience. Thank you for a wonderful product—I will definitely be ordering again!
I got 2 beautiful diamond paintings for free after my first order! Great customer service too.
Terrible service. Ordered 2 weeks ago, they promote next day delivery. By the next week, still heard nothing, not even the track and trace. I emailed them, and they said they'd send it again. This week, still nothing so I emailed again. And they had the audacity to tell me they have stock issues. If they had stock issues: 1. they shouldn't have sold the item, 2. they should have INFORMED ME immediately or when I first emailed instead of saying they'll send it! They then gave me the option to chose another item, I said forget it I want a refund, and after that, radio silence. They've just taken my money. Total scam and horrid service. Do not order from this place.
i only received one out of the four paintings i ordered ive send them multiple mails and messages and never ever got an answer!!!!

This company really lacks in their communication, after not having received an confirmation email after 8 days I approached them if my order went through properly, after 3 days I heard this was actually the case. Furthermore, I was told that delivery could take from 8-10 days, but it is already 26 days (and counting). Lastly, as this European company actually ships from China, I had to pay extra customs duty, otherwise my order cannot be shipped.

2. Delivery Time: Typically, our products are delivered within 1 day if they are standard items. However, for custom or personalized items (like an own photo product), the production time is 20 days, followed by a shipping time of 10 days, during which you will receive a track & trace link.
3. Customs Duty: As a European company, we handle all VAT payments through a tax arrangement with the authorities, meaning you should not be charged any additional customs duty.
All our products are in stock, and we source directly from our supplier to ensure quality. We aim to provide the best service and regret that we did not meet your expectations this time.

Very good quality of paint-by-number set. Additional nice feature: it includes a printed out schema. Paint brushes are also pretty good. I am enjoying it :)
