Customer service are very responsive and super helpful!
I wasn’t seeing the status of my order change so I contacted them and Maria replied within a couple of hours and continued to keep me updated every couple of days until my order had been delivered. Maria was lovely and I couldn’t have asked for more from her.
The item I ordered was the teeny tiny paw ring and it’s perfect 😍 a beautiful ring to wear in memory of my cat.
A big thank you to Maria and the team. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

This was our first purchase and experience with Pawsome Couture and we are very happy both with the quality of the cat collar (Velvet) and the customer care and support. It was a very positive experience - prompt response when I emailed to follow up on delivery status and, once we received the order, Maria emailed to check that all was well. Very grateful for that. With regards to the velvet collar - it is soft and comfortable, looks very posh, and to our surprise, our used-to-be-stray cat, who never wore a collar before, loves wearing it. His walk changed :D. We ordered the velvet collar with the engraved fish tag. Somehow I left off part of our address line and the package was not deliverable and returned to sender. I contacted customer service and Jane had me correct the address and then over the next week she personally stayed in contact thru multiple emails on the status of a new collar and tracking info at their expense. Jane reassured us that the collar was on its way and now our kitty has a beautiful new collar. Excellent customer service! Thanks again!

Very nice and quality products from an Irish company! ☘️ My little dog really enjoyed her… cat collar with the bell! The gold plated necklace is also so shiny and well crafted. The packaging is also very curated. Finally, the customer service is excellent. They immediately solved a minor delivery issue.

I received my kitty cat’s red velvet collar quickly. The price was great and she already had the pink leather kitten collar and she looked adorable in it. She had her spay and became a woman so I got her the adult red velvet. She is black and the collar looks good on her. I will probably get the cron tag when she turns 6 months. Just beautiful and high quality🐈‍⬛

Lovely products and great colour choices (we have three cats in different colours). We brought these as one of our cats took a disliking to the previous collars and ripped his off all the time; I’m so pleased that since using these collars he has left his collar on and doesn’t seem bothered by it at all. Great customer service which went above and beyond in communicating about delivery timescale. Thank you, will buy again!

My package arrived as predicted and Jane and Maria of customer service kept me apprised almost DAILY of the shipping progress. Such excellent service! The necklace will be a gift to my daugher and I think she will love it. It's absolutely adorable.

What a great company- I ordered two collars with name tags for my two Maine Coon kittens and they look like royalty on them. The quality is excellent and customer service is amazing! Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for something special for your cats.

I have been a P.C. customer for years and love their products. As of recent, I ordered a pet calming bed as a gift for a friend’s cat. Upon receiving the item, I was sadly disappointed. The bed was not up to its usual standard; it arrived flattened and not puffy at all. When I sent a photo to Jane, she immediately said that it was not acceptable and arranged for an immediate replacement to be sent to me. She checked in with me and made sure the problem was taken care of. The replacement bed arrived in great shape…..fluffy, puffy and comfy. Thank you Jane for your impeccable customer service.

I bought 3 tiny paw necklaces (gold, silver and rose gold) to represent my beloved cats that recently passed away. The necklaces arrived in good time and are so dainty and beautiful. Jane was the loveliest person to communicate with and so helpful. This companies customer service is the best I've ever come across, and I couldn't recommend them enough.

When I got a faulty tracking button in my email, I reached out to Pawsome Couture requesting another one so I could track the package that was headed to a friend whose cat had died suddenly. I got a prompt and helpful response from Jane who went above and beyond to assure me that my package would arrive safely. Jane went as far as checking in with me every day, since I couldn't see anything about the status of my package until it reached the U.S. Jane was so thoughtful and thorough every step of the way. More companies could take cues from her stellar customer care.
