All of the paperwork was entered successfully. We got what we paid for. All of the documents were provided. They provided travel tips. We received $900 for using them, which is a reason why we would use them again.

Pavlus helped us from booking, to flights, and answered all of our questions

Our agent made the booking process easy. Reminders were sent every time something was due. Her suggestions were right on. The referral system is awesome and every promise made was enacted.

The travel planners at Pavlus are top-notch. They respond in a timely manner, are willing to answer questions and troubleshoot problems so communication with the entire company is good. We are kept up to speed with our trips, payment deadlines etc. Their referral and rebate program is next-to-none. I have used them for about two years with very positive outcomes.

We have used Pavlus Travel and Stephanie Potter for about 3 years now. Stephanie is very responsive, friendly and professional. While I do a great deal of my own research, Stephanie is always able to provide value added by providing ideas and options I have not always considered. She and the Pavlus Air Team usually can find flight and fare options that are better than what I can find on my own.

Pavlus has been very helpful, no what we have thrown at them. Our personal adviser, Tracey, hasn't been stumped yet! And has always helped us when we are in need!

I used to phone Viking cruise line agents to make a booking. A friend suggested I use Pavlus Travel and since then I haven't look back. Our agent, Pam, is friendly, knowledgeable and will take her time to make sure I obtain the best discounts. If she is on vacation one of her staff steps in to help with questions and bookings. I called Pavlus air department for our last cruise because we were concerned about the flight Viking gave us. Pavlus Air worked with Viking Air to get us a different flight that worked better for us and our needs.

Pavlus is a great company and does everything possible to make your trip planning and execution positive and successful. I have been using them for 9 years and will continue to on all my trips.

Our kids told us the tour was very good. Four in our group were delayed because of plane delays. No fault of ours. We called and left messages that we couldn’t do the tour because of that. My husband called you all to see if we could get tickets to come after our cruise. We were going to stay an extra night to do that. Y’all said we would have to pay for more tickets. We would have had to pay for a hotel stay also. So we decided that would not work and came home. I thought that was wrong. I will not use you all ever again.

What I enjoyed the most was the guided tours at each stop because the guides were extremely knowledgeable about what we were seeing and spoke very good english along with a good sense of humor. Next was the people I might and the meals we shared together. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was always to my liking.

I have never dealt with such incompetent people such as my alleged travel agent Tracy Rader. Totally useless after getting her kickback!! Worse yet is an agency that plays with a complaint to save face. Booker beware and if further info is needed to prove my point feel free to PM me!

As the 'group' coordinator for 3 couples, I make/suggest many of the events that we share. This was our 3rd cruise (2 with land extentions) in the last 8 months. Everybody at Pavlus Travel is at for us and IFthe top of their game. Lee (our planner) starts off and IF there might be issuesm the Customer Service Dept. jumps in. Princess is difficult to deal with over the phone but Krista Decker was able to fix TWO major problems for us. We needed dinner res. for the first night onboard and because we were coming in late on the Princess train they said I would have to deal with it on the ship....TOO LATE for that, My wife needed ADA rooms a the hotels. Princess informed me that I would have to deal with EACH hotel/lodge, Krista handle all of the issues withiin 3 days, Way to go Krista, Mike handled a credit card issue for me My wife and I have been Pavlus clients for over 18-20 years. Would NEVER change...PERIOD!!

Great tour, lots to see. Best part was dinner in Eiffle tower and Seine dinner cruise.

a great experience. Wew loves Tetons, Yellowstone, Crazt Horse, Mt. Rushmore sand the rodeo in Cody. The extra nght for free in Jackson from Pavlus was great.
